Always a pleasure to come to Hair Ott for my six-weekly cut. Guaranteed a warm welcome from the friendly and polite staff. Normally, Lucy cuts my hair and she makes an excellent job of it. Occasionally, Otto has come to the rescue when Lucy is unavailable. I do enjoy my conversations with Otto, he is very meticulous and won't let me go unless he and I are totally happy. Highly recommended.

Thanks for the great haircut, Ella was very professional and friendly and gave me the exact cut I wanted. I also had my hair blow dried in a curled style which I never do myself but which I loved (I shall have to practice at home!). Thanks for the gorgeous smelling candle too! Wash treatment and blow dry, 9am Monday morning lovely start to the week, highly recommend Ella no rush she has vastly improved my hair over the past couple of weeks, had previously been to another hairdressers and spent a fortune with very blunt layers.
