I've coming to Hairott Waterlooville for a while now and I always look forward to my appointment. All staff are always friendly and always make me feel special whenever I come in. Nothing is too much and Eloise is great. Listens to what I want and I always leave happy. This is the only time I actually take time for myself and I enjoy every minute. Thank you guys xx

Cardelle was absolutely fantastic she definitely knows her stuff and walked me through the whole process and I love the colour but in hindsight I wish I had not gone so blonde as nice my hair is like cotton wool but I would highly recommend her

I had some coppery / caramels added to my hair and a richer brown root. I love the result, it’s subtle and natural looking (not striped highlights etc) and adds the depth my hair was lacking. Highly recommend.

I went to see Emma to help me with a colour correct. I was feeling quite anxious but Emma listened to me, made suggestions and we agreed a plan! Emma was just incredible- kind, patient and friendly. And i walked away with my hair exactly as I'd hoped for, if not better!

At last a hair salon and a stylist I can trust to do a good job. Being elderly with fine flyaway hair I have nearly always been disappointed with my haircut at other salons. Phoebe takes special care and is an excellent cutter which my hair needs!! I always know that I can style it myself when I need to due to it being cut into a good shape. Thank you Phoebe

Arrived at 12.35pm for 12.45pm appt. Cordelle unfortunately didn't get to me until 1pm.
Was very disappointed today as I didn't have time for the treatment I was going to have or head massage as my car park ticket expired at 16.30 left salon at 16.40 luckily didn't get a ticket (did think 4 hours would be enough for this hair appt. as the longest I've been there for full head is 3.30 - 3.45 hrs (though was told it is 4 hours!) Maybe customers should be made aware of timings for appointments. Was not my best experience after coming to your salon for over 2 years.
Thank you for your review Gill. The car park is unfortunately not linked to us in anyway so it is the responsibility of the person parking there to choose how long to pay for. However, where we can, we will always go and get another ticket for a client if we have the opportunity to do so. The time booked out was correct for the service you requested, and in total Cordelle ran over by 10 mins. We sincerely apologise for this. I hope you can understand that there maybe be times when a little more compassion may be required if hair is taking a little longer to lift etc -this does vary the time a little. Cordelle is very conscientious and would only want you to leave with a colour that you are both 100% happy with and is exactly what you had discussed in the consultation. We always appreciate client patience during an appointment of any duration so that we are able to achieve the desired end result.
