From the minute I walk in until I leave my needs are priority to all the staff, from juniors all the way up to Otto himself. I always leave feeling relaxed and delighted with my hair. I've been coming to Hair Ott for over 20 years and have always been happy with the end results. The salon has a lovely relaxing atmosphere. All the stylists are excellent - and had many over the years cutting my hair. The additional little touches (head massages etc) make it very special. This time I wanted something different as have thick coarse longish grey hair that was just too hot.I had a hairstyle in mind, but had really good advice from Chloe and Emily on the suitability of the style. In the end went for what they suggested and am so pleased with it. 10 out of 10!X

On entering the salon, I was told the stylist I was expecting to do my hair, was no longer working there and I was going to be looked after by THE big boss Otto. I was a little apprehensive I must admit, but he soon put me at ease and we had a good chat about my face shape and what would be an easy style to manage at home. After shampooing and cutting, Otto gave me some useful blow-drying tips, which I will definitely try. He certainly takes the time to ensure his client gets his full attention and I can see why he has been in the business for such a long time.
