When i had my hair cut and left the salon my hair felt nice but once i had discovered how thin and how much hair the sylist took away i am not overly happy as i feel that she took far to much out thinned it way to much now i can not even get a noce ponytail out off my hair i am a therapist and need to have my hair up ? Very disappointed as all i can do now is wait for it to grow back again.

She was very carful and also made sure that every step was done with care and also make sure that I myself was okay, that being if I was in pain or anything like that.

I went into hair ott last week after my previous hair dresser, who works at a different hair ott shop, ruined my hair for the second time. My hair wasn’t the same length and the front of my hair had been ‘butchered’. Last week I was so upset and worried.
Ellie was able to literally fix my hair and it’s left me so much more confident with my hair knowing it’s now all one length & been given confidence that once the front has grown it’ll be able to be more styled.
