Hair Ott Cosham, Hampshire

As always, I look forward to my appointments at Hair OTT in Cosham. The reception staff are always friendly and accommodating. Logan has grown in skill and confidence and I love having my hair done. I get so many compliments. Highly recommend.

Just wonderful service yesterday from Izzy and the whole team! A warm and friendly greeting, I felt listened to during consultation, the brief was delivered! I’ve received numerous compliments and I’m very happy with the whole experience!

I was really pleased with my hair cut today. Otto responded to some feedback I had given and spent time ensuring that my hair looked great.

Today was my first visit to the salon and I was looked after by Izzy and she was fantastic!
She answered loads of questions about how to look after curly hair.
I was looked after from the moment I walked in, greeted warmly, given magazines and offered a drink.
I would highly recommend a visit to the team at Hair OTT

As always I just sit and relax whilst Emily works her magic. It's worth saying that my hair looks as good when I arrive as when I leave because the cut Emily does is so good it holds its shape all month.

Sadly, the hair wash was not good. Too rough and not enough rinsing. I had a colour and still had the colour in both ears at the top inside and the back of the neck. This happens frequently and it shouldn’t be.
The girl who washed my hair was very nice but I did say at the time can u make sure you rinse enough 🥲

Sophia was amazing cut my hair just as I asked her. Got lots of compliments today at work....thank you Sophia.

I loved my experience today because my hairdresser Izzy was very welcoming and considerate of what I wanted to do with my hair. The cutting and styling process was very quick and great and I would recommend others to go there as I will also be coming back myself!

Sam is always friendly and relaxed, no rush, shes the best for head massage, does my thin hair so cleverly it looks twice as thick.

We brought our 4 year old daughter in for her first hair cut. She was very nervous when we came in to book but Bev (I think her name was?) was so amazing with our girl, she walked her through everything, spoke to her kindly and was so understanding. Our daughter had an amazing experience with the hairdresser (Izzy didn't cut her hair in the end but I didn't get the name of the girl who did). Our daughter said: "my favourite bit was getting my massage and getting a lolly!"
