Very pleased with my hair. Lauren did a really good job. Lovely to meet her and to see Otto again. I was well looked after. They young lady who washed my hair also did a good job.

I had my very first haircut here today (I had been going to their Waterlooville salon for 20 years), and it was perfection! Izzy was super friendly, super professional and did exactly what I needed and wanted. My haircut was probably one of the best I’ve ever had, thank you Izzy and special mention to Bev the receptionist who made me welcome x
