Catherine, who has been my hairdresser for years always cuts and dries my hair exactly as I want and I get a lovely head massage and Cappuccino as well - I couldn’t ask for more !! 😘

When I arrived at Hair Ott today I felt a bit low, but the warm welcome I received, firstly from Lyn and Damaris on reception and then from Otto, and again from Lily (who gave me a relaxing head and neck massage after she'd shampooing my hair) rejuvenated me and I thoroughly enjoyed the wonderful cut and design given by Otto.
I cannot praise this Salon highly enough as their customer service is second to none and I felt so much better when I left.

I haven’t been to the hairdressers for years, so as silly as it is I was quite nervous going to Hair Ott today. I was greeted warmly and taken to my seat and then met Sophia who did my hair. It was a fantastic experience, Sophia was so lovely and friendly, she really took the time to understand what I wanted done and to get it absolutely right for me. The cut was perfect and the whole team even surprised me by all singing happy birthday to me with cupcakes , candles and a lovely card, It was such a lovely unexpected thing for them to do and it was greatly appreciated. The only thing that I needed to say about the experience other than it is a great salon you get well looked after it was just the pricing. I couldn’t understand how it was Deira when tongues are about £20 to have done in the salon.

It was my first time in the cosham branch. Terrible haircut. There was absolutely no bounce. I asked for layers which were only on my face. Hair were flat and didn't look styled. She tried to redo it the blowdry was horrible. Would definitely not come back.
Client happiness is paramount to us but on this occasion, we do not agree with your comments. Your designer looked after you attentively and calmly, trying to meet all yours and your husbands’ requirements. At the end of your visit, our caring designer did check with you to make sure you were happy, and you did say how much you loved your hair.
Leah was extremely knowledgeable & was honest in terms of the correct hair colours . Also the expected results. I would highly recommend Leah if you are looking for a professional friendly stylist
