Booked in for a keratin treatment with Megan, lovely lady. Treatment went very well and I found Megan a very competent hairdresser. I was a little disappointed not to get a proper blow dry after this treatment, my hair was given a rough blow out and I actually left the salon with my hair quite damp at the back. I've had 4 previous keratin treatments, I get it done twice a year, and this was first time I didn't get a proper blow dry where the hair is sectioned and dried with a round brush. Also I was charged £150 and I actually can't believe a blow dry wasn't included in that price.

Fab haircut, really love it. I've got quite tricky thick coarse hair but Hair Ott always manage to get it looking glossy and sleek. I've been going to Emily for a very long time, she's an exceptional hairdresser, and always asks after my children and grandchildren.
