Had a lovely welcome with my coat taken by a friendly lady in reception who got me settled int he car and ordered me a drink. A lovely young lady washed, conditioned and brushed my hair- she was chatty and friendly.
My hairdresser Chloe spent time asking me what I wanted and talking me through what she felt would suit me before going ahead and giving me a beautiful cut. She was very thorough and I was a really impressed with the final look. Overall a great experience. I’ll be back!

Always look after well but sadly I’m not very happy with my hair. Felt “ok” with my hair when I left, but this morning I’m not happy Went in for warm blond/brown highlights to blend in with my current hair colour and everyone thinks I had a one colour die all over of brown to ginger? None of my existing hair colour is there,; Was the toner left in too long??? My hair does not look anything like the colours I picked or look like highlights. The front is so much lighter than the back, my hairdresser friend thinks just the bleach element was put in the front, not the alternative highlight colour chosen.

This is my second time at Hair OTT based on a recommendation from my mother in law. I am very specific about my hair as its curly and I've always struggled to find a hairdresser that cuts it properly. Jennie is wonderful and completely understood my concerns the first time around and second time recommended how much to cut (if I'd had my way we'd be looking at a bob🤣🤣🤣) and due to her experience and ability to put me at ease, I feel completely comfortable in taking her advice and learning from her how to look after my hair properly.
