What an amazing experience. I was having an awful week and walked in on the off chance they could see me. Otto fitted me in with Logan, and they both made me feel so special and rather than a quick trim I got a new look which I love!

Professional and warm service by all staff. Reception always lovely, Lauren always makes me feel 100 times better when I leave with healthy looking hair and the girls who are training who shampoo and do head massage are so sweet and engaging. Annoyingly I can't remember the name of the person today who has just started her apprenticeship who washed my hair today but she was a credit to the team

When i had my hair cut and left the salon my hair felt nice but once i had discovered how thin and how much hair the sylist took away i am not overly happy as i feel that she took far to much out thinned it way to much now i can not even get a noce ponytail out off my hair i am a therapist and need to have my hair up ? Very disappointed as all i can do now is wait for it to grow back again.

Was my first time getting my hair dyed ever, and belle did it fantastically!
She was very carful and also made sure that every step was done with care and also make sure that I myself was okay, that being if I was in pain or anything like that.
