She is always keen to take on board what you tell her and always does a brilliant job. My hair isn’t easy, I’ve often been told, but Kelly shows it who’s boss!

As always had a lovely relaxing hour in Cosham HairOtt, being totally looked after by the whole team. And Lauren worked her magic as usual and I left with fabulous hair ?

Emma C looked after my mum Norma and did a brilliant job in giving her a new style. She made mum feel really special and was very caring as mum is an older lady. Thanks Emma for your kindness x

Cara has the talent to turn an ordinary day into something special. The moment I arrive at Hair Ott the world stops spinning and I am in a very calm and friendly atmosphere. Wonderful Beverley greets me with a sincere smile and a choice of delicious drinks and magazines.
The whole team creates a happy place to be with smiles, compliments, and laughter. The minute I sat in the chair my anticipation grew as Cara never fails to impress me with her genius skills and broad knowledge in hairdressing. My hair never looked better and healthier. Cara made every day a good hair day. She makes sure that my hair looks great not only when it is styled by a professional but effortlessly good every day. At least one thing I never need to worry about is my hair. I don't need to follow the latest trends Cara is taking care of it. Hair Ott follows the highest European standards and it's at our doorstep. We don't need to travel far to have celebrities' hairstyles anymore.
I am very lucky to have the best hairstylist Cara and hope we have many years of fabulous hair ahead.

1st visit to Hair OTT and couldn’t be happier, Sophia was my stylist, lovely lady, listened to my concerns about my thinning hair and made me feel better about my decision to go for the big chop. Already booked my next appointment. All the staff were lovely, very friendly atmosphere. Highly recommend.

Well. .... I cant remember the last time I have been excited about such a beautiful cut.
Went in, by chance, with out of control, outgrown, hair.
Came out with a short, stunning reshape, Otto absolutely "got" my hair ... I don't think I have had such a good cut for years.

Staff all lovely, had my hair washed and treated by Serena(?) Such a breath of fresh air ... Young, enthusiastic,, very professional. What an asset to the the shop.

Have booked again of course!!

Sophia did an amazing job on my hair. I wasn’t sure what I wanted 100% but she helped me decide and talked through how I could style my hair on my own at home. Will definitely be coming back.

I have been a customer of Hair Ott for many years and would rather leave my hair uncut than go anywhere else! I was in my 20s when I first found them and I am now over 80. They are amazing and always so friendly. Well done Otto, Babs and your wonderful staff!

My daughter and I had the most relaxing morning, felt very pampered and ready for my daughters wedding in the afternoon. All the girls in the salon were particularly attentive and we were made to feel very special.

Thoroughly enjoyable trip to Hair Ott, as usual. Great to see Chloe. Really pleased with the result of my colour! Salon was clean, tidy and generally a nice relaxing place to be in. Love to have a read of the magazines and cups of tea brought to me whilst my colour was develops. My foils were kept a watchful eye on by Chloe and I felt , as always , that I was in good hands!

I am so happy with my new look and I feel a million dollars. The cut and colour look amazing and fantastic too.
