The only thing that I needed to say about the experience other than it is a great salon you get well looked after it was just the pricing. I couldn’t understand how it was Deira when tongues are about £20 to have done in the salon.

It was my first time in the cosham branch. Terrible haircut. There was absolutely no bounce. I asked for layers which were only on my face. Hair were flat and didn't look styled. She tried to redo it the blowdry was horrible. Would definitely not come back.
Client happiness is paramount to us but on this occasion, we do not agree with your comments. Your designer looked after you attentively and calmly, trying to meet all yours and your husbands’ requirements. At the end of your visit, our caring designer did check with you to make sure you were happy, and you did say how much you loved your hair.
Leah was extremely knowledgeable & was honest in terms of the correct hair colours . Also the expected results. I would highly recommend Leah if you are looking for a professional friendly stylist

Been going here for years but prices keep going up. Such a shame, never complained before but the service I’ve experienced recently was simply not worth the money I paid. Wouldn’t say this salon is suitable for neurodivergent people.

Brilliant experience not just the end result that was beautiful and exactly what I asked for! I had plenty to drink, hair was treated,I had a wonderful massage and the company was lovely. I was super tired and nearly fell asleep it was so good.
