The moment you walk in the door and are immediately greeted with a smile, brought to your seat( even though I was early), offered special lattes, and made to feel important. It was my first time as a client and having hair colour here. Megan absolutely nailed it.

Once again I’ve left the salon with lush hair, slightly better than I asked for. I went into hair ott last week after my previous hair dresser, who works at a different hair ott shop, ruined my hair for the second time. My hair wasn’t the same length and the front of my hair had been ‘butchered’. Last week I was so upset and worried.
Ellie was able to literally fix my hair and it’s left me so much more confident with my hair knowing it’s now all one length & been given confidence that once the front has grown it’ll be able to be more styled.

Belle is an amazingly talented young woman who always does what I request. She cut my hair in a short Bob and coloured it and I was happy with the end result. As always. Have had Belle doing my hair every time now for almost a year, my hair has never been in great condition up until now.

Catrina welcomed me with a cappuccino and did my colour and Kelly did my cut and blow dry with Bev on reception and lovely as usual and Alicia I think it was doing a wonderful head massage. Altogether it was another lovely visit with such goid hair that was the perfect colour and cut when I left. I would always recommend Hairott and never go anywhere else. I have a lot of stylist there as maybe one has been on holiday or whatever, and everyone is really good friendly and professional and your hair always great. Thankyou for today. Xx

Words cannot begin to describe the pleasurable experience offered by Otto, Lauren, and indeed all the Team at Hair Ott Cosham.
There is always a warm welcome as we go in, then whichever young lady is asked to shampoo our hair takes such good care of us and Sienna today excelled with that and her head and shoulder massage certainly relieved any tensions we had.
The Designers be it Otto, Lauren or any of the others, know what will suit each of their clients and go to great lengths to ensure everyone is happy with their cut and design.
