I cannot thank Otto, Catrina and the rest of the Hair Ott team enough for looking after mum at such short notice yesterday. Her hair dresser cancelled at the last minute and Hair Ott took her in and looked after her sensationally. They made her an 80th birthday latte.....cake and a card and sang happy birthday to her. When I arrived at Hair Ott today I felt a bit low, but the warm welcome I received, firstly from Lyn and Damaris on reception and then from Otto, and again from Lily (who gave me a relaxing head and neck massage after she'd shampooing my hair) rejuvenated me and I thoroughly enjoyed the wonderful cut and design given by Otto.
I cannot praise this Salon highly enough as their customer service is second to none and I felt so much better when I left.

I havenāt been to the hairdressers for years, so as silly as it is I was quite nervous going to Hair Ott today. I was greeted warmly and taken to my seat and then met Sophia who did my hair. It was a fantastic experience, Sophia was so lovely and friendly, she really took the time to understand what I wanted done and to get it absolutely right for me.
