The experience at Hair Ott cosham was wonderful as usual. All the staff are so friendly and make a real effort to get to know you and make you feel welcome. Chloe remembered my husband had recently been unwell and was genuinly interested in how we both were. My hair cut and style was exactly what i had asked for following the consultation at the beginning, going there is always a real treat.Thank you yet again

I’ve always had a really positive salon experience . Emily is lovely she’s always so positive and always has a smile . I also appreciate her honesty when I pick a style / colour that may not suit! We’ve a hair ott in waterlooville however I still go to Cosham because of Emily .

Megan has been my regular stylist for some time now and she always takes good care of me. However, today she and the team took extra care of me. I am recovering from shoulder surgery and everyone took care to make me feel comfortable. From the moment the receptionist made sure I was seated in a chair where I could feel my 'bad' arm was protected, to Dior making sure I was comfortable at the washing station and the care Megan took to give me the colour and cut I wanted whilst remaining comfortable, I felt relaxed throughout the whole appointment. I left feeling and looking more like my usual self. Just the pick me up I needed!

My fringe was promtly trimmed to the desired length, followed by a pot of tea and biscuit. Very spoilt. Reception were most welcoming.

Fab service and amazing results again. I don't always have time to come to the hairdresser's due to work and kids etc. but today I received the best hair treatment, professional service. Most importantly my hair feels now silky and in great condition (especially when I came in with dry hair and a bad home hair coloured top up!). Definitely will be back again soon.
