Following a hair disaster Lauren was amazing. She immediately put me at ease and didn’t make me feel bad about the mistake I’d made. It was my first time at the salon but she gave fantastic advice and was able to correct the damage. My hair looks and feels great. I’m really looking forward to my next visit.
