I love my time here with Sophia! I always feel so relaxed and love having a good chat with her too. I had my hair up for a friends wedding and it looked fabulous and I felt so confident! Thank you; lovely as always! Xx

Belle is an amazingly talented young woman who always does what I request. She cut my hair in a short Bob and coloured it and I was happy with the end result. As always. Have had Belle doing my hair every time now for almost a year, my hair has never been in great condition up until now.

Always pleased with my hair by Sophia when I come away. Consistent. Sienna washed my hair and did it very well. She also gave me an excellent head and shoulder massage.

So happy with my new haircut, Cara cut it exactly how I wanted it, would highly recommend!

Had my first haircut with Sophia at OTT and was a lovely experience. Really nice, Sophia was so friendly and welcoming and listened to what I wanted offering really good advice for the style I was after. Very happy with the end result my hair looks so much healthier and will definitely be back again!

It was the first time Sophia had done my hair, she was very friendly and attentive. She was highly rated by my 5yr old granddaughter who thinks she is wonderful.

As always, warm welcome, cheerful staff. Refreshments offered as soon as your settled in. Logan is always attemtive, polite and courteous. Always happy with my treatment. A great team. Keep doing what your doing, because your doing great.

Catrina welcomed me with a cappuccino and did my colour and Kelly did my cut and blow dry with Bev on reception and lovely as usual and Alicia I think it was doing a wonderful head massage. Altogether it was another lovely visit with such goid hair that was the perfect colour and cut when I left. I would always recommend Hairott and never go anywhere else. I have a lot of stylist there as maybe one has been on holiday or whatever, and everyone is really good friendly and professional and your hair always great. Thankyou for today. Xx

Words cannot begin to describe the pleasurable experience offered by Otto, Lauren, and indeed all the Team at Hair Ott Cosham.
There is always a warm welcome as we go in, then whichever young lady is asked to shampoo our hair takes such good care of us and Sienna today excelled with that and her head and shoulder massage certainly relieved any tensions we had.
The Designers be it Otto, Lauren or any of the others, know what will suit each of their clients and go to great lengths to ensure everyone is happy with their cut and design.

Absolutely brilliant service as always. Had full head of foils. Love the result. Chloe is a great stylist who always listens carefully to you and what you would like. She is very efficient and makes you feel at ease. And she is lovely to chat to!
Really nice atmosphere in the salon. Everyone is friendly. Otto talks to all the customers and makes you feel that you are a valued customer. Going to Hair Ott may be a necessity for hair maintenance but I look in it as a treat!!

Cutting you can rely on also makes home styling easier with a really good cut
