Yeah did my hair today as my normal stylist wasn't available. She was great and I am really happy with my hair.

Sarah is great at knowing what will work with my hair both colour and cut wise, and it ends up fantastic every time

Sophia always listens to what I would like and I’m always very happy after every visit. She is always friendly and chatty too 😀

Excellent in every way

I've been a very happy client for a long time. Unfortunately, my latest experience was quite disappointing for several reasons.

Firstly, my appointment was changed at the last moment without any prior notification. The stylist I had specifically requested was replaced, and I was not informed about this change until I arrived at the salon. This lack of communication was very unprofessional and set a negative tone for the visit.

Secondly, the haircut I received was nowhere similar to the reference picture I provided. Despite showing a clear picture and explaining in detail what I wanted, the stylist was unable to replicate the look. The result was far from what I expected and left me feeling dissatisfied.

Overall, this experience was quite a letdown, especially given my previous positive experiences at Hair Ott. I hope the salon addresses these issues to ensure better service in the future.

Unfortunately my fine hair was left with the the colour on too long. It's already breaking and feels and looks frazzled!
It's far too light with no definition, which is what I asked for.

Catherine is an amazing stylist. She really understands my hair type, he cutting skill are second to none and I always leave feeling great!

Sophia was just brilliant, she took so much time, care and attention to detail to listen to exactly what I wanted and needed from a colour correction and cut. She’s so lovely and welcoming and her skills and knowledge are incredible.
I will be recommending her to everyone and am definitely going to be returning. I couldn’t be happier with the service, from the warm welcome at reception, being made to feel so comfortable during my time there with extra care needed with my sight loss. And to say Iv come away happy would be an understatement. I felt a million dollars and now I have the hair to match! Fantastic salon, fantastic staff!

Been visiting hair ott for many years and im never disappointed. You are made to feel welcome and the atmosphere is somewhere you can enjoy and be relaxed.
