I have been going to Hair OTT for nearly 15 years and always choose Sarah, as she has a wealth of experience and knowledge and makes me feel comfortable and looked after. I wouldn't want to go to another salon, as the staff are all very friendly and capable. Sarah always listens to what I would like to do with my hair (I've had a lot of different colours) and gives me honest feedback about what will and won't work for my hair type (because she understands my hair and pays attention). She is a perfectionist and focuses on details which I very much appreciate. I have recently been having my colour done by Dior, and she is similar to Sarah in that she focuses on details, pays attention and is always very friendly and easy to talk to. An excellent salon and would recommend to anyone!!

Booked in for a keratin treatment with Megan, lovely lady. Treatment went very well and I found Megan a very competent hairdresser. I was a little disappointed not to get a proper blow dry after this treatment, my hair was given a rough blow out and I actually left the salon with my hair quite damp at the back. I've had 4 previous keratin treatments, I get it done twice a year, and this was first time I didn't get a proper blow dry where the hair is sectioned and dried with a round brush. Also I was charged £150 and I actually can't believe a blow dry wasn't included in that price.

Very well attended to, happy atmosphere all round but the music was heavy and sounded like it was competing with the hairdryers. Z touch of classical would be more appropriate for the occasion.
