I love getting my hair cut because it’s an enjoyable experience from start to finish. Reece knows exactly how I like my hair and as he’s a perfectionist I never have any complaints. Lovely team too.

Reece always takes care to make sure he understands how I want my haircut and is careful to make sure I know what is possible, and best for my hair and my lifestyle.

At the same time a lady was having a consultation about colouring her hair, and the care taken by the staff and the advice she was given was excellent.

Holly has been giving myself and wife massages and facial treatments for many years she is very skilled and has a lovely personality Richard Collinge

Reece is a fabulous hairstylist really listening to what you want and offers advice on the styles that you have asked for, he really knows his stuff!! He does the best head massage as well, it’s such a relaxing atmosphere I’d highly recommend it.

I’ve joined the blow dry club so go once a week now. Reece & Jayde are such credits to the salon, would be lost without them.

The staff are always so polite and helpful (and make the best cup of tea!). My stylist is creative and kind and goes out of her way to make me feel special. Plus she always does a lovely cut!

It was the worst experience ever, I felt overwhelmed from the start by ***** making sarcastic remarks about my hair being too long , too much hair, too frizzy and on top of that , half way through the drying treatment, which is the most important part to seal the oils to the hair , she pulled away the stylist to cut the hair of another client and replaced him with a trainee! The poor girl didn’t know what to do.
Ii can’t believe that I booked and prepared to pay over £100 for this treatment and I ended up with a trainee doing the most important part of the job.
I just walked out with my hair in a terrible mess not-even half done !
My hair now feels terrible so greasy. I spent hours trying to dry myself! What a horrible experience, I was so looking forward to having my hair done , for me going to a hair dresser is like a therapy but instead it was a terrible nightmare and instead of having the 72 treatment to improve my hair , my hair is now dull , greasy , and I don’t know what to do to make it look half decent.
