I've been going to Saks for 20 years; Reece has an incredible talent for cutting hair. What I love most is that he cuts it so beautifully that it just falls into shape without me having to do anything to it! A sign of a really great haircut

Saskia was fab, welcoming and understood exactly what I wanted. My hair really needed a cut and I left with it feeling totally freshed and bouncy!

I went to Saks for the first time and took the first available appointment, which was with Saskia. I wasn't sure what I wanted but I like my hair short. She did a very good cut that took out a lot of the weight.
I didn't know that there was a discount for first time customers so that was a nice surprise.

Saskia understood exactly what I wanted and gave me the most perfect haircut. She didnt try to convince me to have layers at the back which most hairdressers do. And she cut my front layers slightly longer than I had asked for with the offer to cut them again if they were too long. She was right and the length I had asked for was too short ha ;)

My hair was done by Izzy, and I had highlights and layers cut. I really love how the colour turned out, and the haircut was done extremely precisely and just how I wanted it.

I had a cut and blowdry at this salon for the first time today with Petra. She was so knowledgeable and helpful and did an amazing job! Every other staff I encountered were very friendly and welcoming too. Will definitely be coming back whenever I need my hair done

My daughter wanted a whole restyle she had hair right down her back and wanted to have a wolf cut which is above shoulder length, I was so nervous and my daughter was but I myself had, had a recent visit and Petra gave me a new restyle it was amazing, and she was absolutely amazing with my daughter she was patient she kept asking her was she happy did she want more off, Petra made my daughter feel so comfortable she actually spoke up and said can I please have more off and Petra did an amazing job she has changed my daughters confidence with just a new hair style Petra your amazing and I will see you soon for a trim and colour refresh xxx

I booked in for half head highlights and the service was amazing, the end result was even better than what i had imaged, Isabella was asking questions before doing my hair to figure out what i wanted and she did a amazing job!! So friendly and welcoming and always making sure i was comfortable and had everything i needed, i will definitely be coming back ❤️❤️

Absolutely love coming here. I've never been able to find a hairdressers I trust. Until I found Saks. Saskia is brilliant. She has taken me through three different hair colours already, and this is my favourite. She has also really helped me get my hair back to being healthy after it was so damaged. I can't recommend her enough. Everyone is so lovely and helpful.

So pleased with my hair, it was very outgrown as I hadn’t had my hair done for a while, but Reece did exactly what I had asked for and I couldn’t be more pleased

First time stepping back into a salon after years of anxiety and previous issues to be greeted by Isabella, very polite and friendly. She discussed what I wanted doing with my hair, I explained what I didn’t like and needed a good healthy chop! Throughout the whole time, she was checking the lengths were okay before the chop, double checking everything all along the way & decided to do a straight blowdry to I could see all these new layers she’d added. Such a lovely girl, likes to perfect everything to how you want your hair and I left very very happy! Thankyou so much x

Saskia was just wonderful with both my girls. Will return as regular customers.
