I booked a trim with Izzie which I was really pleased with. It was exactly the result I wanted! Didn’t realise at the time it was one of her training cuts. The girl is good!

My facial and shoulder massage was incredible! I felt so comfortable and relaxed, almost falling asleep, the skincare advice was excellent and the products used, smelt amazing. Would highly recommend using Saks.

I had a wonderful experience getting my hair done at saks today. I was booked in with the lovely Petra who listened carefully about what results I wanted with my hair colour and cut. Petra had a wealth of knowledge about how to get the colour I wanted, what would suit my skin tone and guided me through the process. She also helped revive my very fine, thinning, limp hair with a good cut and style. Would highly recommend and will definitely be booking back in. I’m so grateful to have my hair done by Petra.

Visited for the first time today after having a bad experience elsewhere and Saskia has done an amazing job!!!
