I had a wonderful experience getting my hair done at saks today. I was booked in with the lovely Petra who listened carefully about what results I wanted with my hair colour and cut. Petra had a wealth of knowledge about how to get the colour I wanted, what would suit my skin tone and guided me through the process. She also helped revive my very fine, thinning, limp hair with a good cut and style. Would highly recommend and will definitely be booking back in. I’m so grateful to have my hair done by Petra.

It was my first time today, Holly was very nice, and I was pleased , i have already booked for next appointment with Holly.

First time with Pet and it felt like hair therapy. The conversation, the care, the attention to detail — everything was just what I needed. And my blonde bob? Fresh, bright and sitting perfectly. 10/10 experience!

Visited for the first time today after having a bad experience elsewhere and Saskia has done an amazing job!!! I have not been feeling like myself as I had been unhappy with my hair and Saskia worked her magic and put the life back in me! I am so so pleased with my hair and could not be happier! Petra is always so professional and brilliant at what she does. She makes me feel so comfortable and welcome in the salon. Wouldn’t trust anyone else! The team are always on hand to help each other too and make you feel so welcome.

After a recent dodgy haircut at another salon, I booked in with Petra. Not my first visit to the salon but first time with Petra. She talked me through options and we agreed a style. I can’t believe the result was possible from such a bad start - what a difference!

Straight bob is anything but. It's clearly longer on one side than the other. I pointed this out to the stylist and a small trim was accompanied by hiding the bad cut by curling it to look straight.

My Stylist saskia is such a good listener. She takes on board what the customer wants and delivers. Observing other workstations this is how the whole team works. Highly recommended

I saw the lovely Petra today for a cut and colour. She really listened carefully to what I said I wanted and executed it perfectly (an ashy-blonde balayage). She also didn’t mind that I had changed my mind since our consultation discussion which she fitted me in for last minute! She was super lovely, attentive and friendly and overall gave a fantastic experience! The general atmosphere with the rest of the staff was also friendly and someone always sees to you straight away whenever you enter the salon. Thank you Saks Cheadle!

Fabulous blow Dry
She was so lovely & friendly

Had my hair cut and finished by Petra this morning and I’m delighted with it.
She cut exactly the right amount off and carried out my blow dry to perfection.
I have quite fine hair and it can be really difficult to style correctly, but Petra managed to do it beautifully.
Extremely happy customer and will definitely be going back to Saks again.

Don't go to salons often at all because of my nerves but it was a lovely experience and looking forward to the next visit
