This is my second visit to Saks for a cut and finish . Really pleased with my hair .The staff are all very friendly. My hair is not the easiest to manage but is a really nice cut . Will definitely be a regular client in the future .

Reece is consistently a professional! He always makes me feel welcome and starts by exploring what I want this time and listening to any hair issues I may be having. Thinning hair was my latest one. Reece listens to my concerns and always comes up with great advice and suggests a plan! He’s brilliant and wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Jade was so welcoming and sat me down first to ask what I would like to have done and get a brief idea of my hair first before she began. She was quick but also very precise and didn’t want me to leave until I was completely happy with my hair, I asked for it a little bit shorter as it was extremely long to start with and she happily sat me back down to get it perfect for me. I will be returning to see Jade and I am booking my daughter in to see her too. Fantastic experience, I would highly recommend Jade.

First time at Saks. At the consultation Jade was so thorough and professional. I had presented her with my nightmare frizzy hair which I had ruined with shop bought colour and I had even hacked into it myself. It was in a terrible state. Jade has now literally transformed it instantly. The colour is beautiful and somehow she has cut it and made it look longer! How is that possible? I am so happy I have discovered Saks in Cheadle and Jade. I’ve got my next two appointments booked in and Jade is going to be my hair PT and I will never ruin it again. Thank you Saks and Jade.
