Always a joy to get my hair cut and styled with Jonny. He is attentive, makes suggestions and then cuts and styles it all so beautifully. This is the reason I drive 219 miles to get my hair cut here still!

It was Ana that did my hair this week and last. She’s a lovely girl, it’s like she’s worked there forever.

I go in as much as I can and one of the main reasons is to see Jo who works on reception (anmongst other duties). She keeps everyone happy with endless drinks and biccies.

She always makes people feel so relaxed and looked after which is why we all go to a salon, to pampered and have some time out.

There is always a real vibe to the salon that everyone works so well together. I love going in as I know I’ve had my lovely treatment and seen my friends x

Lizzie is always good at her service n today aswel she was good . It’s over all atmosphere was all over the place by the other staff members. Someone came out to tell me prices are changed so we can’t do anything about it so deal with it attitude. Not happy how he spoke but best is don’t go back again. Pricing was all changed to my arrival and increased every 15 mins. I was given balayage price with toner 119£ then half way through changed it to 130£ balayage and 25£ for toner and then in the end while I was leaving changed to 140£ only for balayage and 25£ for toner separately. Lol like 119 to 165£ 46£ difference didn’t appreciate that without any information that prices have been increased or been given wrong after applying the product I have been told that prices are changed they should of accepted there fault of giving me wrong price and no email have been sent to inform to for increasing prices I mean if I find it expensive I could of cancel my appointment . And colour wasn’t the same I asked for so had to stay longer to have toner back again. So I’m trying my best to like my colour but in the dark can’t tell and under yellow lights it feels quite light which I didn’t ask for. Hopefully it’s nice in the day time n not harsh .pricing not been updated at all on website either. And I’m been going Francisco Bramhall since it’s opened . 🫣😳

I’ve had three visits to this salon upto now. All of the salon staff are very warm, welcoming and they ensure you feel comfortable throughout your entire visit. The salon is immaculate with a relaxed ambience. Lizzie is so lovely. She is highly skilled and professional and it’s clear to see she is passionate about what she does. I highly recommend this salon.

I’ve not had my hair coloured for years and wanted something natural that would grow out nicely and blend in. It’s perfect :). The salon was welcoming and friendly, as it always is.

Had a cut and blow dry today with Mark. The welcome from the front desk was warm and friendly.
Mark did his usual magic and made my hair look and feel amazing.
