Had my regular colour today and while I don’t usually leave a review I just wanted to say how satisfied I am on every visit. Lizzie is lovely, does an amazing job and always with a smile. The team at the salon are all very welcoming and you feel at ease from the minute you arrive until you leave. Mark was phenomenal as always. I’ve been diagnosed with Stage 3 Cancer and he couldn’t have been any more supportive. Losing your hair is awful and he still found a way to make me feel pretty. He’s so amazing and has made this aspect of my life easier, which under the circumstances really says something!

Ever since Francesco’s has been in our village, I never knew that they did men’s hair. By off chance I went in and asked. To my surprise they did and they had spot free. Elayne made me feel so relaxed and asked me at various stages if I was happy. Elayne really made me feel at ease and comfortable. Not only does my hair now look the way I wanted it but Elayne made it a very comfortable experience. From the receptionist to the salon director, I was introduced to everyone and made to feel welcome. I will highly recommend.

I cannot rate this salon enough. After a negative experience with another salon and a haircut that needed rescuing I booked in with Elayne and she went above and beyond and I really appreciate the time and effort she put into my hair. The receptionist was so helpful and welcoming and the junior was lovely too. Would definitely recommend this salon! Thankyou again!

Straightened my fringe before trimming was a mistake which caused my fringe to sit unnaturally
Uneven on each side and too thick and heavy
Won’t sit naturally
Hi Caroline I’m so sorry that you didn’t like your fringe trim. But we did do exactly as you asked. Maybe next time have your fringe styled as you like it before you come in. It’s hard as a hairdresser to cut hair if it isn’t styled and in place.

Today I had my roots dyed , a cut and a straight blow dry by the AMAZING Cruz ! An apprentice who is in my eyes simply outstanding! Her attention to detail , confidence and likability are above what I would expect at her stage . I honestly could not fault my experience with Cruz and I am looking forward to next time ( for a bouncy blow dry ) . Well done and thankyou Cruz

It was Ana that did my hair this week and last. She’s a lovely girl, it’s like she’s worked there forever.
I go in as much as I can and one of the main reasons is to see Jo who works on reception (anmongst other duties). She keeps everyone happy with endless drinks and biccies.
She always makes people feel so relaxed and looked after which is why we all go to a salon, to pampered and have some time out.
There is always a real vibe to the salon that everyone works so well together. I love going in as I know I’ve had my lovely treatment and seen my friends x
