Lizzie is a fab hairdresser. She always listens and advises when needed, and does a lovely job. She's got good chat too!! Everyone's friendly in the salon, it's always clean and I love getting a fancy little pot of tea whilst I'm waiting for my colours to develop.

Today I walked into the salon from the street feeling like I’d been hit by a train as I’d spent the night in A&E with my mum after she’d burned herself badly trying to make her first super after her stroke. I needed some tlc and somewhere to hide from the world. I was greeted with warmth and smiles and a huge welcome of what can we do for you? I was offered an appointment in half an hour or so, perfect. I wandered in a sleepless daze and returned to more smiles, a delightful head massage/hair wash from Cruz and a well advised, not to drastic cut from Ellie, which I love. I left a different person. I nearly cried, feeling overwhelmed by the events of the recent months and particularly the last 24 hours but this was the tonic I’m needed! So much more than a hair cut! Thank you 🙏

I had a haircut with Ellie, who was very attentive, polite and understanding of what I wanted done. After the haircut she asked how I would like my hair styled and made sure my curls were done more tightly in order to make them last until the following day as I mentioned I was attending a birthday party and my hair is very thick and straight, so any curls usually only last a few hours. She went above and beyond, taking extra time for each individual curl, something no other hair dresser has offered to do before. I would highly recommend her services and I can’t wait to have my haircut with her again!

Another great visit to Francesco’s today for my hair cut. Ellie is very personable and professional and remembers how I like my hair cut and styled. Even though she must see lots of clients between my visits she still remembers conversations from previous visits and asks about it. The salon is always spotless and has a very relaxed atmosphere starting with a warm welcome on arrival from the reception team and continuing through the whole appointment. Highly recommended!

An amazing salon! Everyone made me feel like a regular client instantly, so welcoming and friendly. My hair looks 1000 x better than when I walked in from a previous salon, the best condition it has in a while , I can tell only top quality products were used!

Very welcoming upon arrival, my hairdresser managed to save my hairstyle after a different barbers shop made a mess of it. I was very happy and it’s been cut so I can style it myself afterwards. Elayne was very friendly and skilled in her profession.

Francesco is an awesome Salon! I love, love, love the whole experience from the minute I step foot through the door. The team are all very welcoming and attentive for every client that walks through the door. Mark is my regular stylist. Mark is a true professional and very skilled in all areas of hairdressing. Jonny and Lizzie have both styled my hair with wonderful results. Jo and Ange the receptionists ensure that my appointments are booked and give me a bell a few days before to ensure that all is good for my appointment. I always walk out of Francesco feeling happy, relaxed and with gorgeous hair! I have been a client of Francesco since it opened it's doors. I'm a massive fan! Thank you Mark!
