Jonnie is the best hairdresser I have ever had. He is a skilled cutter and colourist and always blow dries my hair beautifully. His warm, engaging manner and his intellectual curiosity mean that appointments with him are both enjoyable and stimulating.

Lovely stylist, always greets me using my first name and a friendly smile. A good listener but also makes some suggestions when I need hair advice. Takes time and care but is efficient and I never feel Lizzie is rushing. Great.

Ellie is so pleasant and always achieves what you want for your hair. It’s well worth catching two trains to get to the salon and I wouldn’t wish to go anywhere else?

Always look forward to seeing my hairdresser Mark as we have a good chat about my hair and Mark is there to offer me any advice with the problems I’m facing at the time with my hair.
He gives me a great cut and I always feel well looked after. I leave the salon feeling really good.

I phoned this salon as I have slight scalp psoriasis and had felt nervous about going to the hairdressers..Jonnie could not have been more reassuring..he's looked after me ever since. I have complete faith in his professionalism..he's a wizard when it comes to colouring & styling my hair..Jonnie is a pleasure to chat to as are the rest of the friendly staff.

Love visiting this salon. Mark always makes me feel at ease and colours those nasty Greys and cuts to perfection. The salon has a wonderful bunch of staff always pleasant. Would definitely recommend this Salon it’s always a one on one experience unlike some salons that I have experienced in the past.

What a fantastic, caring, talented stylist!! He took the time to help me decide what I needed for my very thick hair.

I forewarned the salon that I am a very nervous client and won't be able to communicate much but Jonny was just.. easier to talk to than any stylist I've ever had. It helps that it's so obvious from his demeanor what a beautiful and caring soul he is.

The style he has given me is not what I thought I wanted but is much more sophisticated. When I came, I initially booked to see a grad stylist. The graduate stylist was impressively
professional in dealing with me. She tried to guide me but I think I just got flustered and with utmost high judgement, she sought the guidance of experience. It was a choice that reflects her maturity and I suspect she would have given me an excellent cut but I think I felt too shy, (being older than her) to express myself clearly.

What a lovely place. About three people offered me a coffee/ tea - they definitely wanted me to feel at ease. All of the staff gave me warm smiles. If you're a nervous salon attendee, just warn them at the booking stage and they really, really put you at ease during your visit; next time, I'm having a giggle with them.

It's a place I can sincere recommend.

Johnathan deserves a lot of credit for lifting my appearance from a dour mess to elegant and sophisticated.

P.s. I washed and blow dried my hair and it just re-shaped itself into very neat do. That's not easy with my hair!!!

I love this salon. They are always so friendly and Jonny is a genius. He always styles my hair so that is behaves perfectly until it needs cutting again! He is attentive and understanding of what I want and then creates a style that works for me. This is important as I travel for business and need to be immediately presentable off a plane! I can’t recommend them more!

This will be my second visit to Francesco in Bramhall and would recommend anyone looking for a excellent hairdresser. Both Mark and Lizzie did my hair with a lovely colour and blow-dry, together with a very relaxing hot towel conditioner. It has taken two years to find a good hairdresser in Cheshire since my move from Newcastle and as I said earlier I would. certainly recommend.

Amazing as always. I come every week for a blow dry and every few weeks for my colour..Have had many different cuts from short to long hair and with and without fringe..always more than happy with the outcome. Friendly environment with a warm welcome, lots of chat and plenty of cups of tea.
