Tomasz was fantastic as usual, excellent haircut, great service.

Debbie has been cutting my hair for the past 20 years - never thought of going elsewhere since then although I now live out of London.

I was delighted to get my hairdressser just the day before lockdown. So I’m good now until Christmas. I had my usual treat of a head massage too. Under strict hygiene conditions.. the mood was surprisingly up beat and I’m delighted that they will be back. A great local resource. Mary L

A couple of hours spent with Debbie, my friend & stylist who I followed to this branch, is like a tonic. She is a true artist and manages to revive both hair and spirits. Charlotte, the manager, has everything well under control - all in all a very relaxed, professional salon. Totally recommend.

They have managed to move my appointment so that I can get it done before the second lockdown. As always I have a great colour and cut. Thank you Debbie and the team at Hob salons.

Natasha from Hob West Hampstead salon is the most professional hair stylist I have ever met. My first visit and I absolutely love my hair. I have experienced several hair salons around London including central London but I wasn’t so satisfied as here in Hob West Hampstead. I am happy and grateful with the service I received.

Natasha is soo lovely and very honest about what she thinks would look best. I was a bit sceptical at first but the results are amazing. I can’t imagine using a different hairdresser! Would highly recommend.

I love my hair! Bryn is so talkative and lovely and did exactly what I asked.

Loved my hairdresser. But as always they don’t seem to get their appointments right. I was again left at the shampoo station for 15 min while he finished a cut on another customer. Not happy at all. Last time I was left at the shampoo station for 25min. Unacceptable.

Had a lovely experience at HOB West Hampstead ! Staff all knowledgable and friendly, although a few of the girls washing hair made it clear they didn’t want to be there which was slightly disappointing.

I have been going to Debbie at HoB for a long time. It is always a joy to see her and have my terrible hair sorted out by her. She has moved from Baker Street to West Hampstead which is a bit further but worth it. The salon is nicer, quieter. :-)

She went I such trouble to accomodate my arthritic pains while cutting my hair. She always does a first-class job in the cut and colouring. All the staff in this Hib branch are particularly friendly and helpful.

Always a treat to have Jason cit my hair and the girls give great head massage too -

I have been coming to HOBS for the last year and I’m extremely happy with the service I get. Debbie is the best hairdresser I have ever had. She really listens to you, she always does what you ask her to do to and to an incredible standard. I have had difficulties with people cutting my hair in the past but I feel no anxiety whatsoever when I see Debbie. We have since become good friends. Generally the salon has a lovely atmosphere. The trainees are attentive and happy to help, and the people working on reception are also very polite and welcoming.
They have made it v Covid friendly and safe. I will be going here for as long as I am living in England! Highly recommend.

Really like the cut - a new style for me. Did not feel rushed in any way and I do find that important. Salon called me to say running late - also v good.

I’ve never had a bad experience at HOB! Amazing friendly team and the stylists really listen to what you want. Brin is so talented at colour and Natasha does a great cut and bouncy blow dry. Highly recommend this team!

It was the first time I have a haircut with a new hair designer and Kelvin let me feel comfortable, ask the right questions before he started and with his professional, I was very satisfied with the result.

Had a hair colour and cut with Debbie - brilliant service! The colour and cut is what i wanted. Debbie also suggested a hair product for blond hair, which i bought! Overall really happy with the service and the result! 10/10

The salon staff are friendly and welcoming. Felt like I was a regular customer not a first timer! My stylist did exactly what I wanted and I felt so much more confident when he had finished. Definitely being a regular now!

Tomasz cut my hair for the first time last week and I cannot tell you how brilliant he was. He took time to really do a good job despite me rushing him as had to collect my kids. He was great, cannot tecommend enough

I have very thin hair which can be difficult to deal with. Tomas has done a great job making it look thicker.

I came to Hob West Hampstead for my first post COVID haircut and colour. I felt safe and relaxed with all staff wearing the correct PPE and visors. 10/10 for the staff - great management and my colourist bryn gave me the best colour. the team all come together and help each other, great vibe even better hair!! couldn't recommend enough

Had my colour (highlights) and cut with Debbie yesterday, and it's perfect! She has cut my hair for more than 10 years, and I can just close my eyes and knowing it will be great when finished.

COVID measures could have been better. Hairdressers not wearing their visors/masks properly and some not wearing them at all eg tall woman with curly hair.

The salon is light and airy and I I had great haircut from Deborah- as always.
