Established in 1983, HOB Salons is a multi-award-winning hairdressing group with 16 salons across London, Hertfordshire, and Essex. For over 40 years, the focus has been on expert hairdressing—precision cuts, bespoke colour, and beautiful blow dries—all in a welcoming and luxurious salon setting.

I was in Angela’s hands at HOB salon getting a cut and blow dry, and I couldn’t be happier with the result! She was so experienced and knew exactly what would be good for my hair- I trusted the process and ended up loving it (short and bouncy, with a lovely shape)! Had a great colour experience with Mike but poor customer service from another stylist who kept whispering to various of her colleagues who were drying my hair that it was not a rough blow dry they were doing. Found this very unprofessional as she did this in front of me. Hugely disappointing as Mike was great with my colour service. But I won’t be coming back to this salon due to her lack of professionalism.

My visit started with my hair being washed whilst I sat in a reclining massage chair, followed by a wonderful scalp massage - bliss! Then Maki worked her magic and once again did an excellent cut which lifted my hair and gave it great body. I would highly recommend Maki!

Tbh I don’t recall the name of my hairdresser since I have tried to block out the need for colour corrective services ever since my visit. I chose a serious colour stylist and although they were nice I walked out with a colour of orange that in all the years of colouring my hair I have never had happen. Not ever ! It has been 2 color corrections since and I still will have to continue to add highlight and lowlights because of the permanent orange brassiness that isn’t just a little off but fully noticeable orange hue.

To say I’m picky about my hairdressers is an understatement. So I’m very, VERY happy to have found Elijah. Not only does he have a very obvious high standard of technical ability, but he also has that rare quality of taking the time to understand what will make you look your best…I never feel imposed on and feel I’m in safe hands. He is passionate about what he does and cares, which always makes for an enjoyable and relaxing experience. Every visit I leave feeling & looking the very best version of myself. Elijah please don’t leave Camden ?? Highly recommended.
