I’m sorry to say that this was really not a good experience.
I’ve been coming to HOB for years and recently quite a few stylists have left.
This time my colour took over 4 hours, and when I told my stylist that I needed to leave I felt her attitude completely changed towards me and I felt extremely uncomfortable.
She was quite rude and I really felt very on edge.
On top of that, my hair (balayage) was really not great, the colour was not what I expected. I didn’t respond initially as I was quite upset.
I’m afraid I won’t be coming back.
I am delighted with the results of my cut and blow dry from Bettina and the great advice about care / products / colour. I’ll be back.

I came in on the 12th as a re-booked appt due to some confusion about a previous appt at the weekend. It was my first-time having Eva as my colourist (having previously been with Brin) and naturally a little apprehensive -Eva is currently a junior colourist but despite her unassuming approach, she is a fabulous manager! There were few senior staff on but Eva was able to direct and orchestrate others professionally and with honesty. She was attentive to my needs as a client and delegate work fairly whilst also getting stuck in to support the development/training of others. Though I’m a little darker than when I came in, I look forward to seeing her again for something a bit more adventurous!

I've been to HOB salons on a few occasions and they fail to disappoint each time. They have the best customer service I've ever experienced. Always checking up on you, making sure you've had enough to eat and drink, and always offer beverages. and they make sure you're comfortable during the experience. All of the staff is extremely friendly and the colourists and stylists are very friendly and you can tell they know what they're doing. Yes, any salon is pricey and the same can be said here, but its MORE than worth the money, as you receive a colour and style that will suit you for a very long time.

I foolishly tried to trim my own fringe but messed it up badly ! Vital is was really kind and patient and really fixed the mess I’d created . He really explained what needed to be done and now I must be patient . I’m very happy he was there to fix my hair ❤️
