Very calm and relaxing atmosphere in the salon. Enjoyed a wonderful head massage too!

First time there, really nice and friendly bunch of people. Amazing colour and cut. Would definitely go back.

I have been going Debbie one of the senior stylists who has recently transferred to the West Hampstead sight. She has brilliant cutting skills and a great eye for colour.
The salon is new to me and it is bright, comfortable and totally covid-safe. The team are all friendly and helpful.

I had an olaplex blowdry and it was a very good experience. The hair dresser was super friendly and made me feel comfortable. The salon is very clean and spacious.

I had a bit of a bad experience but Hob were so kind and understanding! They booked me to fix my hair and this is the most I’ve ever loved my hair. Thank you Vitalis, you are so talented.

Debbie has been cutting and colouring my hair for years. She’s fantastic and I always get compliments on my hair after I’ve been to see her. I highly recommend her!

I was very well taken care of by Thomas who took his time to make me feel at ease and helped tackle my fear of having my hair cut. I love my new hair and would 100% recommend.

Arrived a few minutes late, was first one of the day at 9am, with Debbie who as always was excellent. I enjoyed going and obviously delighted with the outcome and the staff, very professional.

I always enjoy getting my haircut by Ana at Hob. There is a very friendly atmosphere and all the staff are lovely. Ana does a fantastic job, listening to what I want and ensuring I get the perfect cut. I am definitely a loyal customer now!

My stylist Debbie had recently relocated to this branch. Excellent cutting and colouring skills in a bright friendly salon.

I used to go to Debbie over 10 years ago before emigrating and I had yet to find a better cut globally . I am now in Glasgow and booked an apt with Debbie whilst visiting in London . Debbie the way you cut is thoughtful and caring . You listen and have an eye for detail; look at the way the hair falls . Even when I do not blow dry it still looks good . Thank you as always and wish I was more local .

Great hairdressers and a friendly salon.

I arrived a little early but was dealt with straight away. Deborah has been cutting my hair for longer than I care to remember - she is the best.

Bryn is the best colourist on this planet. He gives me high contrast and the level of service is 10/10.

Really enjoyed the atmosphere in the shop, the staff were so lovely, friendly, chatty and they don’t pressure you in to buying products!!! Bryn is a fantastic colourist as well as hilarious and to finish I had a lovely blow dry from Jason! Very happy customer

I’ve been going to Hob Salon in West Hampstead for years. They have great stylists & colourists. Their staff are always friendly and bright & my two daughters love it too.

Always advising best practice for looking after my hair, and layered my hair to create a soft look around my face. Very happy with the result ??

After struggling for years to find a salon/hairdresser I was happy with as a result of my terribly damaged hair, I finally found what I was looking for with Hob. The salon itself is welcoming and Natasha is a skilled colourist who makes me feel completely at ease in her hands. Her blending is so good that after nearly 5 months without a salon visit (lockdown) my colleagues thought I’d had my colour done purely because I curled my hair. Would 100% recommend. :)

Absolutely love what Natasha Phillips has done to my hair, from the colour to the cut to the styling, it is amazing! She has shown me how to style my curls so effortlessly! I am in love with the colour, such a change but looks so natural! The whole experience was great, staff are really lovely here, will definitely be coming back!

Bryn revived my over bleached, dull hair with a half head of highlights, toner and treatment. I’m delighted with the results and finally feel proud of my hair again. Big thanks also to Jason for fitting me in for a much needed trim.

Always leave the salon having had a first class experience. Staff Jason and Bryan are professional and listen to requests.

I have been suffering a lot from my body image since certain medications I was on changed how I looked and felt about myself. I have not felt confident about myself for quite some time. My new hair from Hob makes me feel like myself again and has contributed to my next steps of recovery.

not satisfied with service or overall result - really don’t like my haircut.

As I had a bleach hair Natasha knew what was she doing and she was giving amazing advices how to look after the coloured hair after. As I kept my natural root colour she blended my hair colour with ice blond and it looked more natural than it looked before. Many thanks

Service was great and they were very accommodating as was running late due to the traffic on the road being first day post lockdown. Did contact them to let them know running late, even though set off from E2 90mins before appointment time !

Debbie does an amazing full head of highlights! Somehow with her technique the colour and hair looks great after 2-3 months since colouring and it does not show a strong differece between the blond and dark roots.

There was a very difficult customer who was very very rude to members of te salon team, the hairdresser and a lady called Charlotte handled her in a professional manner and diffused the situation, she was very vocal and aggressive to members of the salon team. Well done to the staff who managed the situation. Great haircut from Tom as well?
