HOB Hair Salon West Hampstead, London

I booked an appointment at the last minute to get my hair quickly into shape for work the next day. I had not had a haircut since March and it was not 8n good condition or shape. Anna coped in a busy salon where other people were constantly demanding her attention. There was almost a queue of people needing their fringes cut as well as salon staff who needed to know where things were or to check details with her. Despite all the distractions and busyness of the room she was charming to everyone and gave them her full attention. She really listened to what I wanted and gave me a haircut that would work for me. Like my usual stylist, Tom, she is not only efficient she is creative and sensitive to the needs and personalities of different customers. I would also like to say how much I have appreciated having my hair cut by Tom who is a true artist and s lovely person. I hope both these people are treasured for their skills.

My experience at HOB in West Hampstead is always fantastic. All the staff are really friendly and make going to the hairdresser the enjoyable experience it should be. Bryn is an excellent colourist and Kelvin is a brilliant stylist. Although I've moved out of the area, I still travel back to West Hampstead to get my hair done as I wouldn't trust anyone else to do it as well as Bryn and Kelvin!

Had 3 appointments all 3 had the times changed. Service was ok once in. Won’t use again though as it’s too frustrating.

The team were absolutely fantastic with my 5yo son, who had a bit of a meltdown halfway into his haircut. They calmed him down quickly and managed to get him to sit calmly for rest of his cut. They did a great job on his hair. Can’t thank them enough for their understanding and a very happy customer!

Hob is always a pleasure. I left West Hampstead years ago but still travel across London to Hob. The staff are wonderful. There’s always a nice vibe, local, friendly and professional. Bryn is an absolute dream. He works magic on my hair every time and is the most lovely human. Keep hold of him!

My first appointment at Hob Salon west hampstead. All staff are welcoming and friendly. Good hygiene levels in place, hand sanitizer available, staff wearing masks/visors and dividers separating sink units, so overall felt very safe to return to my first hair appointment post lockdown. My hairdresser is Debbie who gave me a fabulous cut and colour and I have been a customer of Debbie's for 25 plus years, so can highly recommend this lovely experienced hairdresser! Keep up the good work everyone :)

I have been coming to HoB for quite some time. Debbie has seen me through hair loss and regrowth and all sorts of life changes with grace and humour. Also have been to a few branches for various reasons. Always a nice atmosphere and coming to the W Hampstead one is now exception.

I came in for a trim as a previous stylist at another salon had cut my hair and I was less than impressed. Kelvin was fantastic at listening to my preferences and fixing the problem. He also have me plenty of advice about how to care for my hair in between cuts. Thank you!

And what to say about my hairdresser Tom? He’s terrific! A really great colourist and stylist. A creative eye who always gets the colour right, with subtle changes every season.

I go to HOBs West Hampstead because my long-standing hairdresser now works there. This was only my second visit to this branch but everyone is friendly and service is very good

Love the £20 offer blow dry! Been a life saviour many times pre Covid19 and glad to see that post lockdown, the measures are in place. Felt comfortable and happy and LOVED my blow dry by Anna ?
