worst ever hair cut .The stylist ignored everything I said .Needs to be grown for at least 3 months before it can be put right as it is sooo short and uneven.

I am very pleased with my hair. Debbie did a marvellous job, taking her time as well as making sure, stage by stage, that I was happy with her suggestions as well as my own input, how it would/could look. Debbie is very friendly and gave me some advise on how to make the most of my style. (I am a novice…).

Im going more than 2 years to hobs salons in west hampstead , the stuff is amazing , Debbie she's the best for haircut. Is a new manager in the last few monts and she's awfull with the appoiments and always she's asking me if im a costumer .. for example i been there 3 days before to book an appoiment and she didn't do it, luckily debbie called me to ask if i want to go for the hair cut . this is not first time when is happening with the new manager ...

Hob Salon is everything you want in a salon, friendly, clean and welcoming.
Once again today I had a fabulous colour by the perfectionist that is Vitalis. I have been a client of his for many years and have never been disappointed with colour or cut, I would highly recommend both him and Hob.

had my hair balayage done by Natasha in WH Hob, she was great, friendly and very professional! I’d highly recommend her.

My 3rd visit at Hobs West Hampstead. Usually very happy but this time I can say I expected more attention to details. I asked for colouring my front hair due to greying and I noticed that half of my hair was left uncovered. Also haircut was super quick even I asked for trimming, it did not take more than 5 minutes. The only thing I enjoyed was head massage and blowout was ok, not so great as on my first visit but fine.

I am going to HOB quite regularly and every time is a fantastic service and experience. Starting with wash and relaxing head massage to a great haircut and blow dry. Always fantastic service and friendly environment!

I have never stuck with a hair salon because I am never 100% happy but I absolutely love this particular one in West Hampstead. Bryn is absolutely amazing at his job and also very funny! The staff are all so lovely and very welcoming and there is a good vibe. 100% recommend :-)

Vitalis is a very friendly and chatty person who is also very professional hairdresser. I would defentaly recommend him to all my friends. He also can give you advices when you want a change of hair style. Thanks for all your care

I’m so happy with how Anna cut my hair. She always has you walking out the door feeling like a million dollars! She’s an experienced stylist, who’s very professional and she’s really lovely too.

So happy with my new haircut! Vitalis sat and talked to me before the cut and did exactly what I wanted- I walked out of the salon like a new woman! Brilliant!

I used to live near the salon but for years I’ve been travelling to see Tomasz at Hob West Hampstead. I’ve never had a stylist who is so meticulous, friendly and is an absolute genius with my hair. I hadn’t had a cut for over 6 months and people were asking me if I’d just had it cut. The shape and cut that Tomasz does grows so beautifully. Definitely recommend!!!

Thomas was really helpful. He understood what I was looking for and did a perfect job . I had been to a lot of places before but this is the 2nd time I have met with a good stylist who understands the face and does the job properly. . For me he was quite welcoming and got a happy customer so definitely will go back again ? . The place although has a mix of attitude ?. The women at the counter was kind of rude. That would put me off if I entered and met her first but thank God I met with the brilliant stylist / creator who did a wonderful job . I would highly recommend Thomas?.

Our stylist was wonderful, so much so that I had to bring in my other boy for a haircut. Only thing I would address is that my husband was charged more for our 2nd boy Matteo’ when in fact his hair was less complicated. If I recall the first haircut for Gianluca was less. There should be some consistency with pricing.

I came in with freshly bleached hair, it was falling out and a disaster, Tomasz was very honest and helpful about what I could do to help the situation, he cut and styled it amazingly. Love him!

I live mainly in Yorkshire but when in London I will always now have my hair cut by Debbie.So very pleased with the cut. My concern and I will be speaking to head office is the surcharge I was not informed of that you placed on my bill. Should I of not been so shocked and felt obliged to give you an extra nearly two pounds I would of refuseto allow you to put that on my card. I left an extremely generous tip for Debbs cause I wanted to. that was my decision. and appreciation of her service.

So love our hob days. Debbie and her team are excellent. My hair is in safe hands. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.

HOB West Hampstead has been one of the best colouring experience I've ever had. I had a specific requirement and Kelvin was amazing and patient and spent so much time with me understanding what needed to be done. The receptionists were lovely and kind. I was so happy with how they handled my specialist need for colour and I would highly highly recommend them.

Vitalis did a great job on my hair, gave good advices, he was very knowledgeable, really friendly, can't recommend him enough.
Sonja was also very friendly, really nice atmosphere in the shop, everyone was friendly and professional. 5 star service! Well done!

I really enjoyed myself. The customer service was brilliant and the staff had great knowledge and expertise. I am extremely happy with my final hair style.

Every time I come to your salon I always leave with a smile on my face no matter how I felt when I entered. Although I am always satisfied with my hair cut etc it’s the warm upbeat atmosphere of all the staff especially Debbie who always puts me first and gives 100 per cent service. I feel as if I am in my sitting room rather than a salon having fun with my family and friends. Love them all what a great team x
