In regards to discounts, we offer a rebooking points system. Every time you rebook within 24 hours of your last appointment you earn points for the pounds you spend, Once you hit 500 points you can start using them towards your services.

We always strive to make sure our customers are well informed of the treatments they are booking and are fully aware of any additional costs. I will speak to Mike but the last time you were in you had the same service but without a blow dry (Balayage, Toner & Olaplex) on the 14th Feb 2023, As you should have been aware we also had a price increase on all services from 1st Oct 2023 which we had emailed all clients from August/ September.
