Very friendly and accommodating !
Sowed her a photo on how I like my hair and she did it really well ..It didn’t stay i set ,but it was windy when I was outside .would return though .

Hob Stanmore is a joy to go to. The service is always impeccable, the stylists I go to…Shaz, Noelle, Lily, Rohini are all fantastic. But most of all its the customer service provided by Diana that is amazing. Very considerate and accommodating always. So thank you Hob Stanmore.

Sinead and I worked out that I have been going to her for 13 years. I travel all the way from South London because I love HOB Stanmore.

Sinead takes the time to listen, advise, she cuts and styles my hair beautifully. She remembers every detail about previous conversations and it's always lovely to have a chat and catch up too. She also dried my hair with a new curling technique to get these gorgeous soft curls and I LOVED it.

I don't know the name of the person who washed my hair - also brilliant and very skilfully talked about products and treatments which would help my damaged hair

I made an error with the time of my appointment and arrived over half an hour late Diane Sinead and Donna were absolutely amazing and very kind and ensured I was still able to get my hair done despite being late for the appointment

Amazing experience. Donna asked me lots of questions and I felt that she wanted to correct my hair and continue the care I’ve been having. The only thing I would change is that the hair washers (juniors) should clearly say their names before starting so we can say thanks here on this review and when giving a tip. The lady that did my hair wash and head massage was amazing. Wish I knew her name. Thanks HOB.

Expert, charming, welcoming

She was really caring towards my daughter whom I had bought over for a haircut for the first time! She made her feel comfortable and broke shyness. She knows how to deal with children and in the future I would also like to choose Kayleigh for my hair cuts too!

The best blow dry and superb finish and service

It was my first visit to Hob in Stanmore and this started off with a bit of uncertainty as I had a 50% off through a friend for root tint and half head of highlights. The confusion was over the fact I had Niamh done as doing my hair but Kayleigh was booked in and wasn’t sure whether the discount would apply. I asked how much it would be and was told £128 so figured it would be half being 50% off. The treatment was good and friendly however I was asked to pay £107 with the 50%! It was well over my budget and I felt gutted ?

Shaz is such a brilliant stylist I would definitely recommend.

I was welcomed back after a long absence. Had an incredible hair wash and head massage by Coral who was lovely . Kayleigh who blow dried my hair listened perfectly to how I wanted it , and smashed it . I will be back !
