Had my first colour tint with Donna and a few highlights - I am extremely pleased with the end colour result. Also Lilly then did a fab blow dry after.

Niamh did a brilliant job on my hair and I would definitely go to her again.

I see Donna every three weeks for a gloss and I always look forward to it, to catching up with her and my colour always looking so much better afterwards!

Upon entering I discovered the computer system was down and they did not know who I had been booked in with. I am from abroad and not a regular customer. We realised is was Cheyenne. She was excellent. Amazing shampoo and blow-dry and her manner was professional and kind. However. I was was quoted £29 over the phone and was charged £34. The staff were unable to handle this query and just stained at me. So unfortunately I had to pay £34. Then I wanted to charge it to my credit card this, was not possible due to no WiFi. I only had a £50 note, they had no cash available to give change. She had to go next door to the cafe to get change and it still did not work as the change was wrong. I wanted to buy a brush they were not on display. She took a paper bag out from under the counter with two brushes neither of which were of use to me.

Friendly and efficient, Niamh did a lovely job. I would definitely ask for her again. The shampooist was good too.

I have been to many colourists over the years but have never found one that I am 100% happy with as the colour either fads to too blonde or too red on my dark brown hair. Donna gets it right every single time and I would now never go to anyone else.

Love my new hairstyle, it’s exactly what I had imagined and wanted. And bonus it’s taken a few years off my face!! Happy days.

My daughters love getting their hair cut and they always get the best treatment with Stephanie.

I asked for a dry style loser curls for a wedding. I also wanted some volume with back combing. I was really unhappy with the result. Sadly there was no rapport from the stylist and all the more the curls were very tight bridgerton style. At the end of the appt she said she can’t back comb my hair but used this awful sticky powder, which made me look like I had dandruff! I can see this salon has great reviews and maybe I am the unlucky one who had a bad experience but I was thoroughly upset afterwards. Shall definitely not be going again, very overpriced.

Niamh was friendly and professional throughout my first visit to the salon. I was on advised on how to cut and style my hair in the way that I described, and the end result was flawless. Will be back in 3 months time!
