The hair colour was nice. However, I did not like that £50 was added to my bill without telling me what it was for beforehand. I did pay the extra £50 as I just wanted to leave the salon. I pointed out to staff that customer needs to be told about any extra charges but it was not recognised. Not impressed and I am not likely to return.

Sheen Hair is a gem of a salon, with a relaxed atmosphere and the friendliest, most professional staff. I found Sheen Hair about a year ago and have continued to return ever since as I am so impressed with the service provided. I'm always extremely satisfied with my hair colour/cut/treatment and always ask for Alice who is an excellent stylist, and Jai who washes my hair is always so friendly and helpful and gives a great head massage. The staff listen intently to their customers and give exactly what they want. A wonderful salon and will continue to go back.

I am very forgetful with names. The woman who cut and styled my hair had short pink and blue hair and said she was 18. She was lovely, welcoming and had lots of information on hair care and well as being funny and giving me a great experience! I have another treatment coming up and have already asked if she would be there.

The cut was perfect, and exactly what I asked for, thank you!! Thankfully, my stylist insisted on doing a "patch-test" before using any color on my hair for my next visit- my skin reacted terribly, leaving a painful 3rd degree burn! I've never reacted to hair dye at all, so I am very glad they follow this protocol!!

I was very well treated in every step of the way.
I am also very pleased and extremely greatful for them accomodating my 11 month little girl to be there by my side as I couldn't have really gone to get my hair cut without her around.

If you're going to a different hairdressers then you done messed up. It doesn't matter where you live, come here, let Alice shape your hair up and you'll see what I mean.
(The pricing for men is pretty damn good for this area too, like unless you don't care and just want a barber to shine your dome real quick then this the price//value trade off is the best you'll find)
Oh and they're super consistent too, when you come here you know you gonna get greatness. Facts.

I had my eyebrows waxed and shaped, my chest waxed and a hydrating facial yesterday. I was open minded to what it was going to be like and it by far exceeded my expectations.
Eyebrows look good, chest is smooth and the facial was incredibly relaxing. I feel great now and look a lot better.

I been in a lot of popular hairdressers in the past . This particular place is not that busy " yet " and I booked a appointment to give it a go ,I get surprised how talented they are . I recommend this place
Had my first cut with Alice who was great but my blowdry with Georgia was amazing. I have really curly hair and feel nervous when I go to the salon because I always feel like my hair is hard work. Georgia and the lovely guy who washed my hair (think his name was Jai- sorry if you're reading this and its not) made me look and feel special. Definitely worth another visit.
Everyone is very relaxed and friendly. Happy with my cut. I would recommend it

Ive been here a few times and have also taken my children. The service I received is always really attentive, courteous, professional and of a high standard. I wold recommend this place. They also have a funky music selection, which helps.

I visited on the 23rd of February 2017 and received amazing service. All the staff were friendly, made me feel welcome and helped me decide what I wanted to do, Alice and Georgia did a wonderful job cutting and dying my hair, Joe ( or Jack, I didn't quite catch his name) performed a great hair treatment on my last visit and on my first visit my hairdresser ( I can't remember her name sorry) cut my hair beautifully. Every time I've visited has been great and i'm definitely making them my regular.
I love my new haircut by Michele getting loads of compliments in work! Nice place to go staff are lovely and great haircut what more do you want!
My Glossing and blow dry was make from Georgia. I'm so happy how my hair looks now and I will back again in the future for second Glossing. The service was amazing, the girl is so young but definitely she is absolutely good in her job.I have been served on 15th of February with invitation for £70 with 3 steps of different hair traitmant.
