For someone that doesn’t go to the hairdressers a lot I wasn’t sure what to expect and the service I got from the minute I walked in to when I left was amazing! I was very disappointed . I was delayed 45 min with my appointed. I bought a promotional offer with 3different treatments. Lady called Michelle was so rude when I asked for my refund as on 2 different occasions I was not seen on time. I will never go to this saloon.

We apologise on your initial visit, the stylist had run a little behind with her previous client. Once the manager had realised you had been waiting we did everything possible and worked hard in speeding your appointment time. On the second visit you had turned up 30 mins early and the stylist was with another client. We appreciate your parking was only for two hours, however the appointment time was for two and half hours which was discussed when you first arrived. Had we had another stylist free at this time, we certainly would of started you sooner, although this would not have got you out on time for you parking as discussed at the time. We are sorry we did not live up to your expectations, although all attempts were made to serve you with all good intentions. From all at Sheen Salon

This was my first hair cut here. Alice was excellent, She listened to what I wanted but also made good suggestions. I came away happy with a great haircut and a good consultation on colour and will be back next week for the colour appointment.

Michelle is a brilliant professional and an artist with the hair coloring. I went to the saloon with really bad patchy thick and inconsistent highlights - unintentionally blond tbh! - and she managed to reinstate my hair completely! I keep returning to this salon because it is good, really good. First and foremost I always get an excellent result. Michelle talks to me and SHE educated me in what was the best cut, conditioning and colour for my hair. So now I walk away after each visit feeling a million £. As for the customer service, they always offer to take your coat and then a cup of tea. Everyone is very friendly and the music is fantastic too. The atmosphere is always relaxed professional.
