Ivana is amazing, my hair looks fantastic so pleased with the transformation have had compliments from complete strangers about the colour. Everyone is so friendly in the salon and makes you feel welcome.. but I can’t praise Ivana enough she is a asset to the branch always going above and beyond for you.. Can’t say it’s cheap but it’s definitely worth the money

Terrible experience. Went in because my hair needed some tlc. Hair is snapping off now after the intense heat from blow dry. No heat protection on. So upset.

I had a haircut from one of your hairdressers which was what I requested, the lady was very professional aswell.

As soon as I left I realized that I left my backpack in the shop.

I was in a rush and I tried to call the shop and inform the staff that I wanted to pick it up the day after.

Two guys were very rude and not professional, answered the phone and passed the phone to each other, it was very confusing.

They talked to me in a very rude manner, I asked why the were doing that and the the guy told me that the female colleague could not understand
( in the very offensive way)

I found that a disgrace for any company and lack of professionality when staff are not able to answer the phone and treat clients with respect.

I want to add that I won't go back to your shop and company anymore.

I was not happy with the customer service I received. My hair was unevenly coloured after i spoke to the owner on reception who was the most rude unprofessional lady I have encountered for a while. I will not go back !!

I have been coming to Tony and Guys for about 7 years. I love everything about this salon - great cuts by Graham and Ivana , lovely colouring by Charlene and so efficiently done. The atmosphere, friendly chat and professionalism of the staff make me look forward to every visit.

As always a lovely hour at Toni and Guys being looked after, chatted to, spoiled and having my hair cut.

I tend to change which hair dresser I go for and thisfime had the lovely Mark and my favourite ever hair dressing assistant Bailey wash and dry my hair - definitely recommend the place and the people I’ve just mentioned

I love the way Dagmara spends time with me before my hair cut each visit, as curly hair can look so much longer when it’s wet and I’m always happy with the result :-)
