TONI&GUY Chiswick

I have been going to Toni & Guy for a while now. The staff are always so welcoming and friendly, as soon as I walk in the door I get greeted by my name which is always nice! Never disappointed with my hair it always comes out perfect! Overall a great salon!

This is a great salon! Receptionists are always very welcoming & professional. Ive been going to Richard for about 5 years now and wont go anywhere else. It is definitely worth paying that little extra to get the job done properly

I had my hair put up for Royal Ascot and couldn't have asked for a better experience. The stylist immeadiately got the style I was after and did a better job than I could have hoped for. As I was going to ascot she took into account the style of hat I had and fixed it in towards the end. I would definitely recommend and book another appointment!

I've had my colour done here for a year. But this time by a different stylist. Colour was left of for too long and as a result it was almost black. I was advised to try and strip using head and shoulders. No discount offered. Not very pleased. Sending bad experience here so sadly I will be going elsewhere next time.

Great stylist and cuts my hair well. I feel like a different woman afterwards!

I have been coming to Toni and Guy for many years. Ivana has always done my hair. She is brilliant and I would not go anywhere else as long as she is in Chiswick.

As always treated like royalty by the lovely Ivona & Anna. Ivona is top colourist and stylist and I'll now go on hols feeling and looking good. Must mention Bailey, super young lad, great head massages.

The service was efficient and courteous as always, however the last couple of times I've been here I've really noticed the deterioration in the cleanliness. Dirty unswept floors, used coffee cups left lying around and tatty towels. Last time I had to ask for a different robe because there were so many holes in the one I was given. I go for the person that does my hair....would not return for the salon experience

The wonderful Ivana made my short hair look fantastic for my wedding day. Couldn't praise her enough!

A lovely experience, a very cheerful professional recepionist welcomed me.My stylist was waiting for me, loved my colour cut and blow, just what i asked for , will go back again

I need to have a haircut every 6 weeks due to my pixie cut. Richard makes the whole experience amazing! I look forward to my visit every time!

Omimah is fantastic. She always does a great job with my hair and I leave feeling happy with it.

I've been using Toni and Guy since Rush ruined my hair and Toni and Guy fixed it.

Difficult to find a great hairdresser and I have with Omimah.

Really fantastic

The employees could smile especially when they are young and with little experience.
I had to ask your employee to brush my hair before drying it and he used a brush full of blonde hair when I have dark long black hair.
Do your employees not learn how to clean their tools ? Is it hygienic to use the same tools on different heads without cleaning them?
I hope next time I come I will see some change.

As always my time at Toni and Guy when I have my cut by Graham (a brilliant guy and hairdresser) and my colour with Sydney )again really lovely person and my colours are great)
It is so friendly and relaxed there and always buzzing all the staff are so good they brighten up your day

His style and experience has been excellent. He has cut my hair to a very high standard. He listens to his customer and answers any questions regarding my hair style.

I live in Sydney Australia and when I travel to stay with family in London. I enjoy visiting Toni &a Guy at Chiswick. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

Excellent service

Always pleased with service and hAircut every 5 weeks. Good cut and friendly environment.

I really enjoyed the haircut with Veronique.
She is very talented and skilful as in only half an hour my hair cut was done and it was perfect.
Last but not least, I arrived 20 minutes earlier and I was offered a nice hot coffee and an excellent shampoo.
The atmosphere is great and you spend that hour in good mood and relaxed forgetting to live in one of busies metropolis of the world.

Brilliant colour plus blow dry

Graham always transforms my hair. He's a great guy. Great agonist. Lucky to have him right here in Chiswick. Tony and guy always after all these years, always exceeds my expectations .

Grest stylists, welcoming reception staff and a bright, clean, modern salon. Ivana has been cutting and colouring my hair for years and Esther has occasionally cut and coloured my hair when Ivana has been on holiday. Both get top marks from me! It's probably one of the more expensive salons in Chiswick, but you certainly get what you pay for in this case.
