Everyone here is always friendly and helpful. I'm always offered a drink. You get a lovely head massage along with your shampoo and they listen to to what you would like . I have Richard and he does a fabulous job of my hair. I have been a customer for many years,So we have a good chat about everything and he makes my hair look fabulous. I leave the salon knowing I'm a valued customer.

Great service

My short are easy tu cut.
Always I recived very good services, but this time I'm unhappy.
My hair are without any form and the haircut was not amazing.
When the hairdresser finished cutting my hair she has not even bothered to remove the remaining hair on my shirt.

I visited the Chiswick branch and I am pleased with my hair cut but other than that the experience was terrible. All of the staff were very moody and I got the impression that they were tired and not bothered. No enthusiasm and definitely felt unwelcome. I will not be returning any time soon!

Disappointed with my first cut but went back and Manager Graham was amazing. Corrected my hair perfectly and I’m so happy. Thank you!

Marc who has been my hairdresser for years continues do an amazing job on every visit. Sue the owner is extremely welcoming, and makes you feel like you are at home. I look forward to my visit each month to the Salon, and thank Sue for running such a amazing place for so many years, my family and I can’t thank you enough.

As per everytime I visit the shop, from firstly being met by the friendly and helpful Lucy through to having my hair cut by the very professional and also friendly Ning, the whole time there is very enjoyable.

I came in to the salon a few weeks back to have my hair blow waved, it was fun and chilled until a lady who i can only presume was the manager came in with a face on her, she seemed to bring the whole atmosphere of the salon down, she was walking around throwing demands to the staff and generally being unpleasant. I give the atmosphere a 1 because of the way the lady seemed to bring such a nice relaxed feeling down once she came in.

Hair cut and blow dry by Ivana is always successful. She has been doing my hair for years and wouldn’t dream of anyone else doing it. Not only is she talented, she is a wonderful person.

The Chiswick T&G salon is superb! Wonderful staff, clean and bright salon and the fabulous Iwona transformed my hair with highlights and a beautiful new style. Would totally recommend!

Had my extensions put in by the wonderful Sydnie, done an amazing job! She is also great at blowdrying them!

I was booked in with the amazing technical director ivana to have balayage done and was absoloutley in love with the result, then went back to sydnie and had a beautiful cut and bouncy blowdry. Overall i had a amzing experience and would definatly recommend going here for future colours or cut.

Its hard finding a hairdresser that can cut and style afro hair.. the receptionist recommended the manager Graham.. he done a great job! Will return for sure!
