I did my haircut and colour done last week in Toni and Guy Mayfair and I was extremely happy and satisfied with the result. I kept a picture of the style I had cause I wanted the same today as I wanted to treat myself for my birthday but couldn’t go back to the Mayfair salon. Anyway the result wasn’t what I asked for, she tried to fix it but I wasn’t happy. I told the girl at the till when I paid and they gave me a discount, which was nice, but I wish I paid more and got the result I wanted.

Absolutely loved the service and the cut, had great chat and banter. Made me feel so comfortable and would definitely love to come back again!!

Ning is a fabulous colourist and also a Great cutter. She has been doing my hair for a number of years. (My hair is straight and fine). David who is new to the salon is also a very good cutter and stylist. There is a fun atmosphere and generally lovely people working there.

An amazing no-no sense artist and craftsman who just whips it out naturally whilst being highly friendly, chatty and interesting. Makes my thinning hair look good, and that's no easy task! Highly recommended.

I love visiting Toni and Guy in Chiswick. I always come away so happy with my haircut. Tony has been my hairdresser for many years and he is awesome. Always made to feel like nothing is any trouble and never rushed. It’s a nice salon with friendly and professional staff. Highly recommend for service, value and overall experience.

I've been in Toni&guy for almost 18 years. Never had a problem before. I just simply asked for blonde highlight colour came up red like a grandmother. I will not enter again any toni& guy .. stuff wasnt helpful

As a full time working mum, I rarely have time to do anything for myself so hairdresser appointments tend to be my "me time". Valeria was fantastic! Very attentive, did a brilliant job with my colour and I left feeling refreshed and relaxed. Highly recommended!

Price online quoted Valerie as £63 charged £68.
I would probably have chosen to pay less as I was only having a root colour Tony & Guy Westfield are £58 for a technical director no difference in result!
I am sure the law states if you quote a price that is what you should be charging!

Sylvia has been my best Technical and Art Director ever.
She really understands my hair and what I want. Sylvia did a fantastic job with styling my hair.
I was made to feel so welcome and comfortable. I will be definitely going back again .
