We understand that getting the perfect cut is important, especially when you come in with a specific request. Having worked with Denise, this is the first negative feedback we've had. It can be difficult to recreate an exact image, as hair thickness, density, and condition will never be quite the same as in an image, but if you were left with the impression that the end result would be the same, we are very sorry this was lost in translation.

We are glad to hear that after your follow-up appointment, we got you re-booked you ended up with a better result. However, we completely understand your disappointment and frustration with the overall experience.

As a gesture of goodwill, please feel free to reach out to our manager, Gavin, directly for a complimentary blow dry, and he will make sure the velcro rollers are at hand. [email protected]

For future visits, we do have another 20 stylists working in the salon who you can see on our The Team page on the website www.richardward.com. That way, you can do a little research for yourself to see who would best suit your needs and budget. Although the reception team, in their wisdom, did recommend Denise in good faith for what you have described, on this occasion, it would seem our matchmaking just wasn't the right fit, and we can only apologise that we got it wrong for you.
