We do offer discounted blow-dry services to our technical clients as it's simply not viable to have clients blow-dry their own hair in a salon of our scale. We apologize if that was not communicated to you during your visit. We understand how important it is to have your hair looking its best, especially when heading to the gym.

Thank you for your suggestion about offering coffee and sparkling water, but again, in a salon of our scale, looking after upwards of 1500 clients per week, we have to outsource our kitchen and refreshments services to allow our team to concentrate on the business of hair.
