We apologize for the inconvenience you experienced during your recent visit. We understand how frustrating it can be to not have access to a hand dryer, especially during the colder months, but as our email explained to clients 2 years ago, allowing clients to self-dry their hair had gotten out of hand, and unfortunately its been a situation where a few of the clients ruin it for the rest. This included: clients taking far too long to blow dry and style their own hair in what was a quick five-minute rough dry area, verbally abusing our apprentice team over products and equipment, stealing brushes, products and even our electrical equipment. As a management team, we had to unfortunately draw a line, as the situation was incredibly difficult to manage and had become a constant drain on the business and manpower resources; it was just not sustainable in the current economic climate.
Another way to look at it would be, if you went to a lovely restaurant, you would not expect to be kept waiting for a table because someone had booked a main course, but then expected to sit at the table while they ate a dessert they bought from home.

We value your feedback and understand you are considering your options moving forward, but we do hope to see you again soon and be given the opportunity to continue to provide you with the best service possible as we have for so many years.
