We apologize for the inconvenience of having to wait for someone to wash your hair, and we have started an internal investigation. There were 6 assistants rostered on at that time, so we are unclear why George could not find someone to assist him, but as he had the time, we are glad that George was able to take care of it for you in the end. I believe George has called you already to clarify, as he assures me that the colour does not develop further after its allocated development time, so should not be darker than usual. Please let me know if this is not the case.
