Hi Peter, thank you for your kind words about Adolfo! We are thrilled to hear that your wife trusts him for your haircuts and that he always delivers a perfect result.
We do not quite understand the comment regarding the bathroom situation as we have 2 unisex bathrooms, one in our main reception area and one in zone 2 right next to where Adolfo works, there is also a third in the spa which we tend to researve for female clients but if the others are out of service as occcaisionally happens your are more than welcome to use, we are sorry Adolfo did not make you aware of this.
We apologize for any inconvenience by not stocking your favourite Shu Uemura hair cream. This could be due to it being out of stock with our supplier, or simply because we are no longer carrying the entire range due to poor retail sales. If you speak with reception on your next visit, we can try to order some for you specifically (minimum order). Rest assured, we take all feedback seriously.

We have reviewed your appointment with your technician, who explained that, as the service involved only your roots, his intention was to match them as closely as possible to your existing colour. However, we understand that there were communication challenges during your visit, particularly when working with a translator, and we sincerely apologise if anything was unclear or misunderstood as a result.

With regard to the colour chart, our team typically uses this as a reference when making changes to an existing colour. As the service was intended to maintain your current shade, it was not brought into the consultation, but we appreciate that this may have been helpful and apologise for any confusion caused.

Please accept our sincere apologies once again. We truly value your feedback and would welcome the opportunity to provide you with a better experience in the future.
