Honestly can’t recommend my hairdresser highly enough. Every single visit is a brilliant experience from start to finish. Robert takes the time to really listen to what I want, offers thoughtful advice, and somehow always manages to exceed my expectations.

Adolfo is the best. My wife trusts no one else to cut my hair. He knows exactly what he is doing. He is such a consummate professional, always with a smile and a good word. My hair is always perfect. No wonder he has such a strong following. My only complaints from today have nothing to do with Adolfo: FIX THE BATHROOM and STOCK SHU UEMURA HAIR CREAM. In particular, not providing a loo for your high paying clients is frankly disgraceful.

Mario is just fabulous. He did our whole family for a number of years and despite moving out of London many years ago I am a devoted fan. Colouring is fantastic, cutting and blow dry fabulous to I had to make no effort between visits.

Listen to what you want, check you’re happy afterwards, don’t dominate the appointment, chat if you want, let you read if you want. Tge staff at this salon from tge reception team to the juniors and the bar and food servers are all exceptional, as are the beauticians. It’s a great experience and a wonderful gift for a much loved family member or friend. Expensive but worth every penny.

My hair appointment with Fiona was excellent, as always. I can honestly say that I have received more compliments on my hair since seeing Fiona than at any other point in my life!

David has been colouring my hair at Richard Ward for over twenty years. The colour is excellent, thanks to David’s expertise. David is masterful at balancing the colour and he is attentive to his clients. After seeing David my hair looks great, I get a lot of compliments and it’s a lovely experience which is why I keep coming back!

After a few weeks in Asia, my nails were in dire need of a proper professional manicure…..and Pinky came to the rescue.
I like a clean, modern. no colour look, which means there’s nowhere to hide!
