Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. I’m genuinely sorry to hear that you left feeling disappointed with your recent visit, as this is never the experience we want for any of our clients.
I would like to clarify a few points to ensure full transparency. During your previous booking for a consultation and cut on 15th November, Nando felt that he could not meet your expectations. He said that you had naturally curly hair, which had also been previously straightened elsewhere, and he made the professional decision not to proceed with the service, recommending that you needed to grow your hair so he would have something to work with moving forward to achieve what you were after. Despite the late cancellation and the loss of appointment time, no charge was applied, as we always aim to be fair and accommodating.
As only four weeks had passed since the initial consultation, there had been minimal hair growth for your most recent appointment, which you booked online under another name, requesting Nando. Nando, during your pre-cut consultation, again reiterated that there was not enough length in the hair to make any real change and advised that if you wanted to go forward, the only viable option to achieve a change was to go shorter, which you said to him," to go for it!" The haircut was completed in line with what was discussed and agreed upon during this consultation. Nando is confident that the service delivered reflected those discussions and was carried out to his usual high professional standard.
Regarding your request for a partial refund, we do not offer refunds where a service has been completed as agreed during consultation. We fully understand that a premium service comes with high expectations, and we regret that the result did not align with your personal expectations on this occasion. Your feedback has been noted and will be reviewed internally.
