Fantastic!! I popped in as a walk in and Robert was free and I’m so glad he was He is a top class hairdresser who listens and dos exactly what you say and he knew my hair very quickly and worked around it

We also had a great chat and it was a lovely experience I will be back for sure overall a great way to spend a Saturday afternoon🙂

Maria colour excellent as always, but I was in bed with flu for three daysafter being denied the use of a hand dryer to tough dry my hair. I do not have blow dries , it is not my look. I have been coming to you ? for Maria’s excellent colour) for many years but in winter going home with wet hair is intolerable, and I am considering my options

My appointment was fine… but the slot was apparently double booked. It’s a real pain waiting for the same amount of time that an appointment itself takes. In the past I’ve experienced even longer waits when a previous client has turned up late.

Fiona always takes time to understand what you want in discussion with what she sees. She then is a fantastic cutter & does a wonderful blow dry cannot recommend her highly enough.

Adolpho and Cathy are true professionals I tend to write the same each time I’ve been going to Richard Ward since it was in Sloane Street hence a long time that should speak volumes also Richard charming as ever is there and working quite a lot which I think is important , the Reception team as professional as ever .

My appointments with Robert are always a treat. I come from Gloucestershire and am never disappointed. Robert listens, is relaxed, never rushed, and manages to exactly interpret what I would like. I always come home with a lovely stress free manageable haircut. I really enjoy the chats, cups of tea, and the VIP treatment and leave feeling much uplifted.
