It’s always a pleasure visiting the Richard Ward Salon. The staff are very friendly and the space is light and full of creative energy. Tommy has cut my hair for a number of years and is a brilliant stylist. He’s is great company too - funny and wise - and I always come away from my appointment feeling positive.

I had a really good experience with the salon. I had made an online booking error for the wrong day so went in to explain and fortunately they were able to take an immediate blow dry appointment with kind Maddie who fixed me up and I was very pleased with the results. Thank you all!

Sonia has been doing my hair for many years and always treats me like a special customer, even though she looks after many others! I always feel very looked after by her and indeed all the team at RW and nothing ever seems to be too much trouble. Sonia is professional and efficient and regularly updates her approach to my hair and discusses new ideas and ‘looks’ for me. I would highly recommend her as she is definitely best in class and her work is of the highest quality.

Until you’ve had a manicure with Jessie at Richard Ward, you won’t appreciate the difference from having a normal manicure or one with a highly trained professional manicurist using the highest quality products. Once you’ve had a manicure with Jessie, there’s no going back to ‘normal!’
