This was my second visit to Roxby. Thea previously did a balayage for my wedding day which was unbelievable, but this time was a long overdue restyle and new colour!
Thea knows exactly what she’s doing, makes you feel as ease and doesn’t push you into anything you’re not comfortable or confident with.

Stevie is great as always ...However it would have been nice to be offered a drink water / warm drink etc...like the salon always does ..

A friend recommended me to Roxby's Hair Salon I'm Beckenham. Very impressed. Lovely girl newly qualified coloured my hair and her colleague cut and styled my hair. Very happy with the finished result a tidy up and colour of my bob. Very comfy hair washing chairs! Why don't all salons have these? Lovely polite staff and definitely recommend to my friends who want a cut , colour and style.

Had a lovely regrowth tinting and beautiful blowdry with Sian.. Sian is in her final year of training but she wanted to attempt blowdrying my curly hair and she’s done a great job!

Amazingly friendly, welcoming staff who can't do enough for you. Lots of lovely little touches. From having colour done to having your hair washed beautifully (sounds weird but it's so relaxing there) and to an amazing blowdry. The attention to detail here is wonderful. Nothing clicky or false about this place. I love it. I have been looking to find the perfect salon for a long time. I've found it now. Also, Thea is the best colourist I have used for years too :)

Coming here is such a lovely experience which I've enjoyed over many years. The stylists are always very friendly and professional and really grasp their client's requirements. They give advice but are never pushy. They also make the salon attractive and modern. Want to specially mention Chiara who has made my life with very curly hair so much easier with simple use of the diffuser. It's things like this along with lovely refreshments that make Roxby's such a great place. Can't recommend it highly enough.
