Amazingly friendly, welcoming staff who can't do enough for you. Lots of lovely little touches. From having colour done to having your hair washed beautifully (sounds weird but it's so relaxing there) and to an amazing blowdry. The attention to detail here is wonderful. Nothing clicky or false about this place. I love it. I have been looking to find the perfect salon for a long time. I've found it now. Also, Thea is the best colourist I have used for years too :)

Coming here is such a lovely experience which I've enjoyed over many years. The stylists are always very friendly and professional and really grasp their client's requirements. They give advice but are never pushy. They also make the salon attractive and modern. Want to specially mention Chiara who has made my life with very curly hair so much easier with simple use of the diffuser. It's things like this along with lovely refreshments that make Roxby's such a great place. Can't recommend it highly enough.

I always enjoy my visit to Roxbys. From the moment I walk through the door I’m always made to feel special. Gina is always there to greet me with a friendly smile. Chiara then works her magic using her skill and expertise. Chiara always colours and cuts my hair exactly how I want it. I’m always advised on what products to use to keep my hair in tip top condition. They’re a great team and I would highly recommend them x
