My first time at Roxby and Stevie was great. She really took time to understood what I was looking for. Stevie knew my hair type and how to make it work with the style and the resulting cut is brilliant. I waited to review until I'd washed and blow dried myself and it was easy to style and feels lovely.

As always Ella was brilliant. From our first consultation six months ago, and on my subsequent visits since Ella has been kind, sharing her knowledge and experience in a way that has always made me feel comfortable.
Shelley is a great hairdresser and was really helpful to me as I have a wrist fracture and therefore less mobile than normal
Greeted with a friendly smile from Ella which makes one feel good and I felt even better after my Fab haircut, thankyou
Unfortunately, my hair didn’t turn out as I wanted. Wanted brighter blond, came out very dark, went back for colour correction but still not as I wanted. Although Ella is a lovely girl, very disappointed that I’m dark and won’t be able to bleach for a few months now! Don’t think I’ll be back because of my experience of getting it so wrong
I had a great haircut today with shelley - I have recently broken my wrist and she was exceptionally kind and helpful given my limited independence
