Had the best experience with Ella, who was so kind and gentle with me during my first experience here. The hair washing experience was soothing and peaceful, and Ella cut my hair exactly as I asked, and even made me feel pretty with how she dried it. Unfortunately, my hair didn’t turn out as I wanted. Wanted brighter blond, came out very dark, went back for colour correction but still not as I wanted. Although Ella is a lovely girl, very disappointed that I’m dark and won’t be able to bleach for a few months now! Don’t think I’ll be back because of my experience of getting it so wrong
