Very warm relaxed atmosphere. Easily accessible with car parking nearby. Clean and felt safe with their COVID precautions in place. Simon did a lovely cut and blow dry for me. I would definitely recommend!

I’m so happy with my hair, Beth again has made me feel like a transformed angel and has worked her magic. I specifically travel from Cambridge over to see her at The Cutting Room so my appointments are always transformations!

I brought 12 year old Gus in for cut before he goes back to school. He’d had a very poor cut at a barbers and was nervous having his hair cut again.
Joey put him at ease and took time and effort to give him a fantastic cut. Gus is super happy & looks and feels more confident thanks to Joeys skills. We’ll only be going to Joey in future. Thanks so much for doing a brilliant job.

I had followed Kelly on FB for a while now and was looking for a new hairdresser I normally have quite bad anxiety about going to salons but I couldn’t of felt any better booked in on a Sunday with only 2 stylists in so it was so calm and quiet I felt so at ease and Kelly was so friendly and bubbly making me relax! The results were amazing the best colour I love it thank you!

Went in for a cut and highlights, shortly after lockdown restrictions lifted, all staff were using PPE and there was limited number of customers in the salon, but still had a lovely experience. And as always, my hair looked and felt great afterwards. Been going to the Cutting Room for years and have never had a bad cut.
My hair was ruined so I thought but Charlie fixed and done it just how I wanted it absolutely amazing work thank you so much.

Fantastic as always! It is always a pleasure to have Charlie do my hair, especially in these unusual times. All stations were being cleaned very well and I felt reassured and comfortable. Just a shame that some clients did not feel the need to wear a mask and to behave as though nothing had changed ?
4th July 2020.... The day every Man, woman and child have dreamed about since the beginning of lockdown. The day the overgrown, wild mullet could be tamed, the day we can start to once again recognize our self in the mirror ???. From the appointment booking over the telephone (perfect) to the long awaited warm, friendly team welcome (perfect), great atmosphere, attentive listening and obviously the delivery of a perfect cut! It’s my first time to get my hair done by MP today. I am totally happy with my hair cut. Staff is friendly and she knows what exactly I want.
I got a nice, quick, walk in service, and Kelly gave me some welcomed advice on using wax, recommended.
