Great service. Had an impromptu dry cut which turned out to be one of the best in a long time. Had coffee while I waited and that was only about 5 mins. Will definitely go again. Very friendly staff.

My hair was a horrible mix of grey, brown with about an inch and a half of faded red on top. Bleach and cut followed by toner and it's the best it's looked in a long, long time. Couldn't be more happier. Already booked in again.

I’ve been attending the salon for over a year and always see kelly, she has made each visit enjoyable and knows how to make my hair come back to life. I’ve never enjoyed getting my hair done before as I find salons can be awkward and the conversations are just the same old “what about the weather” conversations and I could never wait to leave. It’s not like that with kelly she takes the time to engage and learn something about you and shares a bit of herself with you making the conversation flow and the whole experience enjoyable.

I heard my 5yr old son say to himself not just once but twice(!) at home what a cool haircut he had! You can‘t get any better than that. Jess has made my son feel comfortable and at ease, so much so that by the second visit, he no longer needed me to stand by his side. He now goes up independently and climbs up to his chair. Jess always checks with me what I would like and how I think the cut is going. Great communication. I and the children feel very safe in her hands. She also managed to squeeze my other child for a quick trim despite not having a prior appointment. And the complimentary coffee for the Mum/Dad is a very welcomed bonus. My barber is always on time, always a good laugh and catch up. And have never left with a trim/beard shape I haven’t thought was spot on!

As usual always brilliant service. The staff are always friendly, happy and a great bunch. Jess always curs my hair how I want and I'm always complimented and asked where do iget it cut. Great coffee too. Nothing is ever too much trouble and I wouldn't go anywhere else even though I live 25 miles away. Keep up the good work

Good cut with friendly service
Kelly at The Cutting Room Cheltenham is great. She listens to what I want and dies exactly that. For my fine wavy hair she knows how to put a good shape in it so that I can just let it dry naturally. Reasonably priced too
The staff are lovely and very chatty, would recommend to anyone! Also good tattoos downstairs in the tattoo room! Faultless.
