I moved to Cheltenham about 4 years ago and have been going to Cutting Rooms since I moved and been having Jess colour and cut my hair for the last 3 and a half.
Honestly I can trust her with my hair. If I say a trim I get a trim I show her a picture of what I’m looking for she will take me there and let me know how I’m getting there.
Ie. I was brown, then went auburn and now I’m blonde and it’s all been gradual and my hair has never been healthier even though all that change.
It’s a hairdressers that really is so welcoming and from day 1, I have felt like a regular. 4 members of my family all go to cutting rooms now. Can’t recommend enough!!!

Very Covid secure salon. Lovely colours chosen by Simon to give my hair a summer lift and cut and blow dried into a very manageable style. A very relaxing experience.

I left with damp, unbrushed hair and when I got home styled it to reveal a very jagged cut, could be to do with the fact I have thick hair but I’ve never had this problem. There are lots of longer pieces that stick out the bottom. My experience seemed rushed. The lady doing my hair was very polite and nice. Just unhappy that I am going to have to book to get my hair cut again. For me this was a lot of money for what I got in result, I don’t like to complain or be a pain normally but I did feel I was rushed.
My 1st professional cut for over a year and it feels like a weight off! The stylist understood what I was hoping for and the cut is great. The salon felt safe and friendly.

I have had my hair cut with Beth for years and absolutely love it! She listens to exactly what I’m after and is prepared to go above and beyond, always with a smile. The salon has a great buzz generally and I would highly recommend it.

Kelly is brilliant, she listens to what you want and is friendly and genuine. Great, relaxed atmosphere despite the covid measures in place. I always leave with a great cut and advice if i have any questions.

I did not have a appointment booked , but a very nice girl fitted me and done a nice cut on my hair , and I forgot to tip her cos I was rushing , but very happy with cut and advice , so I owe that girl a top or a drink

Make you feel welcome, nothing is too much trouble, take time with you when choosing colours and hair style. Charlie is brilliant as is Jess. I've not HD much contact with the other staff, but they seem friendly and work as a team
