Another exception visit to Francesco, Cheltenham today. I always feel so welcomed, it's a really lovely team and the salon is beautiful. Oliwia is so talented and accommodating, 100% recommend :)

Evie as always was fantastic I'm really pleased with my hair and already looking forward to my next visit! Refurbished salon looks great lovely and light upstairs, strong WiFi meant that I could work from my laptop whilst at the salon. I was well looked after with plenty of drinks and very warm welcome from Sue as always. Lovely to see Vicky today thanks again all!

Evie cut my hair today, she is really sweet and did a really nice cut, my hair/ends feel so much thicker, she explained how she was blowdrying so I could do the same at home too, I've not been to a hairdressers in a long time and felt quite nervous, but she made me feel relaxed. The hair products made my hair smell really nice too :)

The salon looks amazing it’s friendly and has such a relaxing atmosphere. I have my hair done by Vicky and she knows just what to do…. Weight removed as my hair is thick and she cuts it into such a good shape I get nothing but compliments.

I was lucky enough to have Peter, the Chairman of the Company who was visiting the Cheltenham branch, cut my hair & give me a superb cut & change of style. Iv been around most of the hair salons in Cheltenham over the years and I can honestly say I have never been treated so well on a visit. Nothing was too much trouble for the receptionist who I’m sorry I don’t know the name of .. and Vikki filled me with complete confidence that I would walk out of the salon on the 12 th October feeling like a new woman.. ready for my holiday ..many thanks to you both and I look forward to my visit..

First class service in every way. Colour and cut with Vicky is exactly what I wanted. Lovely atmosphere -all of the staff are so friendly but also very professional -just a great experience to relax for a few hours and be so pleased with the result! Would highly recommend

Staff were amazingly kind and professional even though they were dealing with a refurb going on.
Oliwia was so lovely and informative, she made such an effort ask me exactly what I liked and explained everything she was doing, products she was using and even taught me how to curl my hair with straighteners!
The prices are fantastic for the quality of care given - especially having a massive discount for being a new customer.
I’ve definitely spent a lot more and have been not nearly as impressed in truer establishments.

I’ve used Vicky for around 12 years - she’s so knowledgeable and listens carefully to what clients want. She’s the best - hair dying (v careful with foils), hair cutting and styling. My hair is not easy hair and she manages it perfectly. You’re lucky if you’ve found this salon!

Once again Vicky was amazing, she treats all her customers the same no matter what they are having done or how early or late their appointment is you feel like the only person Vicky has seen that day. The Kerastraight was a treat for me yesterday at Francesco’s Cheltenham. This usually lasts for 6 months and Vicky has once again done a fantastic job with clear instructions on care and maintenance. I have an appointment next week for cut and colour with Vicky.
