Every time I see Oliwia I get a great cut. I arrived 10 minutes late after a car bump on the way and the whole team were super nice. I just asked Oliwia to do what she thought would look nice (she knows my style) and finish however she wanted and I walked out feeling fab. My cut was cancelled at short notice due to illness which can't be helped. Therefore I only had a colour with Oliwia and a blow dry from an apprentice. My colour wasn't checked after my blow dry. I felt like there weren't many staff in the salon and those that were there were all keen to deal with their clients and leave asap. I believe I was charged full price for my colour even though a discount was advertised.
