I have been a client at Byron for several years now firstly with the lovely Lisa and now with the friendly Rebecca. I look forward to each appointment I go to. I’m always greeted with a warm welcome from all the staff on the reception and appreciate the refreshments always on offer as I await my appointment. The salon is clean, organised and inviting and has little touches like fresh flowers and boiled sweets that make it extra special. Every appointment I’m given the opportunity to talk through how I feel about my previous cut and what I would like to achieve in this appointment. The products used are always explained why they will personally benefit my hair type which is nice to know. The head and neck massage offered after the shampoo/condition is always heavenly and I always leave the salon feeling great after my appointment. A truly lovely salon that takes great care in looking after their clients, I’d recommend Byron to anyone.

My first visit to Byron and definitely not my last.
The salon is super clean with a great atmosphere, all the staff are friendly and professional.
Rebecca did a fantastic job, initially I planned for a balayage but after showing some pictures, Rebecca advised that full highlights would give the look I wanted.

have very difficult hair to cut and it takes my Stylist some time to master this. I have visited Ashley for over a year now and she is now excelling. I would not go anywhere else.

Ashley is just wonderful. She is totally committed to her job and has a terrific personality. She makes my experience in the salon a joy, offering great advice, guidance and support. I recently had an eye operation that made washing my own hair in between my cut and colour a very difficult task.I decided to have the salon do this for me until this was fine for me to do this myself.Such an exceptional service for something that seems so simple.The service as usual was second to none and as always walk out of the salon feeling a million dollars.

Understandable that this time of year means high demand, although this didn’t diminish the quality of service or apply any time pressure to the delivered service - which remained exceptional.

Penny loved her haircut experience! Her hair was cut into a style which kept her hair long and added some nice layers. She enjoyed chatting to Anna while having it cut. Anna styled it with curls which Penny thought were very pretty! Thank you Anna!

Lovely visit to salon today. Stylist excellent, knows my hair. But additional compliments go to Ava who noticed i had a cough and offered me a drink (I hadn't taken a drink when first offered) Ava also explained products etc when washing my hair.
