Ashley always gets it right for me and I appreciate her professionalism and care. I love coming to the salon - everyone is friendly, caring and helpful. Love going to Byron, a great salon experience - from reception, then Ashley who did a great job in my colour, Rachel (so friendly & attentive) who did the shampoo & kept me topped up with tea & coffee! Finally to Ronnie, who knows exactly how I like my hair cut & is just fab.

Anne always takes the time to talk to me about what I want, and she offers great advice and suggestions. After a lovely head and neck massage she cut and dried my hair with care and attention. Anne cuts my hair so well that it keeps its shape between appointments, even as it grows out.
Everyone in the salon is really friendly and welcoming. Great coffee too!

Byron is a lovely salon and from the moment you enter you are treated exceptionally. The front desk team are always so welcoming and usually know my name. Anne explained everything well and I trust her expertise and knowledge with regard to my hair colour and style. I was relaxed and happy knowing she would do a great job.

Anne is an excellent stylist. I only hope she stays forever. Her customer skills are second to none.
