I love my hair appointments with Lisa- I trust Lisa’s advice always and am never nervous to go with her ideas when opting for a new style.

As ever Anne took time to talk thru what I wanted and what’s currently suitable (treatment wise) for my hair.
Came out with natural looking tones, highlights & colours.

After a relaxed chat with Ashley discussing my style- - decided on a new look! (To be reviewed at next appointment but so far I love it)

I’ve been coming here for years & one of the things that made me come here & made me stay was the fact that there isn’t a huge turnover of stylists. So when you find someone who understands your hair, & does it how you like, you can rely on them being there next time. I really like that this feels like a great team working together; Reception, juniors & stylists. They all take the same care of the customers. Coming here is my treat for me ❤️

Rachael made a really lovely job of my hair. It’s looking beautiful. She paid great attention to detail and she listened carefully to how I like my hair to look. Fabulous job!!

This was my twelve year old sons appointment, and as always he thoroughly enjoyed every single minute.
He said the cut is just perfect, and exactly how he likes it. He also enjoyed the head massage, and of course the catch up with Anne, who he is very fond of.

Ashley has been doing my hair for over 10 years now and I always leave my appointments feeling great. She always manages to get my colour / cut spot on, even when I can’t make up my mind what I want. Never a bad hair day in Byrons!

I've been having my hair cut at Byron for just over a couple of years. There's a lovely relaxed and welcoming atmosphere in the salon. The service is very professional - and it's tailored specifically to my individual requirements. Advice on what products I should use to maintain and style my curly hair is very helpful. I'm very happy with my haircut, and I've got my next couple of appointments booked in already.

There is a warm caring friendly atmosphere in Byron’s. I have been treated by almost every stylist over the years all excellent.

Annabel was fantastic when washing and styling my hair, she was very knowledgable about the products she was using and explained them very well

Anne was fantastic throughout the whole appointment, explained everything very well and her knowledge was very good when recommending different things.

Ashley is excellent in every way. We discuss a way forward together and Ashley listens intently to ensure she is getting it right for you. Love going to Byron, a great salon experience - from reception, then Ashley who did a great job in my colour, Rachel (so friendly & attentive) who did the shampoo & kept me topped up with tea & coffee! Finally to Ronnie, who knows exactly how I like my hair cut & is just fab.
