As always a fantastic visit to this wonderful hairdresser I would never go anywhere else. Ashley always advises me what cut would suit me and she is never wrong. Staff all so friendly and Ronnie always acknowledges you salon always so spotless and tidy, lovely hot beverages or alcohol if so desired. Keep up the great service .

My appointment was on time and Anne was her usual happy and helpful self. We discussed what was going to happen and as I was hoping for a style change she gave me lots of help and advice as to how we could achieve what I wanted.

I enjoy my visits to the salon. The atmosphere is always bright, pleasant, positive and welcoming. Anne is an ‘ace’ hairdresser, does a great job of my short, thick and wild hair, it’s not everyone who can tame it and leave it looking good. Well done Anne!

It was the first time Ashley cut & blowed dried my hair, having taken over from Lisa. Ashley asked the detailed questions about my hair. I was able to show her photos I had taken after my last haircut by Lisa. Which proved very helpful. Ashley cut & blowed dried my hair to perfection. I was thrilled with the end result. Absolutely delighted.

Once again Ronnie came up trumps, fitting me in as a cancellation so that I could get my hair cut before I went on holiday. As ever, he was charming, professional and gave me a cut I was delighted with….as he does every time!

Ashley did my colour. Ronnie cut my hair. I was delighted with both.

I felt a bit nervous going into the salon as my usual stylist was unavailable. I need not have worried. Ashley made me feel very relaxed and I’m delighted with my hair.

I haven’t been in a hairdressing salon for about 20 years, I’m terrified of going to the hairdresser, but really needed a haircut. Ashley was wonderful, she took plenty of time with me, and put me at ease. I’ve even made an appointment to go back!

This was my first time at the salon and I was very pleased with my experience. I hadn't had my hair cut for a long time and so needed a fairly major trim - discussing my hairstyle with Ronnie felt very productive and he was great at taking my (pretty vague!) goals onboard and describing how he'd achieve them with the cut. During the cut he kept up a very friendly and comfortable atmosphere and responded well to my feedback and extra requests for my hair. I was very pleased with the final result and will definitely be returning to the salon next time I need a cut!

Service from Alix & Ronnie the salon owner was amazing. The salon felt really clean & welcoming with great customer service. For Alix who has only been doing hair for around 4 months I was very pleased with my results at the training school day. Definitely will be booking to come in again. The products used in my hair were amazing too, left the salon feeling very happy.
